        Walked to the pick up venue and no one showed. Waited for half hour. Very disappointed as was looking forward to learning about Wellington.

        Hi there, as mentioned in the listing this is a self-guided audio tour and no physical guidance is available, all you need to do is follow the instructions and download the audio tour on your device and then you are ready to do the tour anytime that suits you.

        Did not understand that I had to download something to start tour. Expected to meet someone to be given start information but no one at start point. Operator did not answer supplied phone number so tour never eventuated.

        Great tour - the sound effects were cool. Wellington is a lovely place and this takes you to all the must sees.
