    Excellent, time well spent

    Lots of fun & the staff was really nice! My entire party really enjoyed the small experience of being out on the ocean. We live in palm beach, but we don’t get to do stuff like this often because of busy schedules. Thank you for a lovely time!

    The captain was not bad but the excurion is false advertisement. Because they did not go to penut island .

    The excursion said 3 hours peanut island park . We did not go close to the island at all we could not go on the island at no time and the boat was so far out in the water . It was so deep its all jelly fish surrounded the boat there was so many people got beaten by jelly fish .

    So sorry that on this day there were many jelly fish in the water. We do occasionally encounter these type of issues and conditions but we do our best to make the trip fun for our guests no matter what the conditions may be.     Everyone that was on the boat got stung by the herd of jellyfishes that was on the water. This is false advertisement, the description was for us to docked in peanut island, not near it( middle of the ocean).

    I'm sorry that your experience wasn't what you expected. We certainly cannot guarantee the conditions in the water and do our best to go to the best location depending on conditions, traffic and tides at the time of the excursion. Occasionally there are unusual circumstances that make it difficult but we still do our best to provide a fun experience in and out of the water. I do hope you have a chance to join us again and I'm positive it will be a very different experience. Thank you for this feedback, we do appreciate it.
