Very interesting and entertaining trip. Enjoyed the captains stories and info. The drinks and snacks options where also nice to have.

Our flight was delayed so we couldn’t make the cruise, we called early that morning to try and reschedule and we were told we couldn’t. Super bummed! Wish they would be a little flexible with customers.

Hi Sarah, I apologize for your frustration. I'm not sure who you spoke to as I have reached out to the team who worked Friday and so far those do not recall speaking with you. If you had called early enough we would have let you reschedule, (though we do have a no refund 48 hr cancellation policy). We try to be as accommodating to our guests as much possible. I only see in your booking notes we called you that day to remind you to sign a waiver and that a voicemail was left. I also see they called you before leaving the dock with no response again. If you are still in the area please feel free to reach out and speak with me directly (Erica) and I will gladly schedule you on another cruise. Thank you!
