We really enjoyed our tour with Milan. He was very kind and helpful. He gave us great information during the tour and he was very committed with making this tour enjoyable for us. We highly recommend it to anyone! We really like the cave, lake Bled, the castle and Ljubljana. A memorable day for us!

We had a great lunch at Lake Bled and caught a quick look at Predjama Castle, and did the train and walk through the caves, but didn't have time for Ljubljana... The car was too small and uncomfortable for 4 people and we were rushed and missed a lot. It was disappointing.
Amazing Day in Slovenia

Milan was a great driver. He was filled with fun stories and a very interesting to talk with. The cave was AMAZING!!! Bring a sweater or jacket; it gets cold inside. Lake Bled was gorgeous and Ljubljana was a cute town. I just wish I could have gone on the boat. My main reason for choosing a private tour was to be able to take my time and spend more at the lake. Not so. That was a bummer, but overall it was well worth it!

Apart from the scenic sites offered in this tour, I love how it’s made to be convenient. The guide was very accommodating and informative. A private tour is indeed worth it. The transfers through their private vehicle makes the travel comfortable.

One of a kind experience

This experience was so great and personalized; our guide Dino was so helpful and friendly we all felt relaxed and felt as though he was part of the family. All stops were great experiences; Lake Bled was magical with views and open air, Postojna was a particular natural wonder showing what nature can carve and create; Lubljana was the perfect evening stop to enjoy the Christmas spirit with mulled wine, warm chestnuts and happy people strolling by. Many thanks and highly recommended.

Perfect Slovenia tour for the highlights in one day

Our private day tour with Milan was absolutely perfect and exactly what we wanted. Before booking, I found it very difficult to find day tours that would take us to all 3 locations on this trip (caves, Ljubljana, and Bled), along with the value of some customization since it's you and the driver all day. We went to the cave first, then lunch on Lake Bled before a scenic walk around the waterfront, and then onto the city. We talked to Milan about Slovenia & Croatia topics nearly the entire way, he was very engaging and fun. I would definitely recommend this tour with him.

A Grand Tour of three of Slovenia's highlights

The tour started with a visit to the magnificent Postojna Cave, an added expense that is well worth it to any cave lovers. Not many caves include a train ride and an underground river. The next stop at Lake Bled provided sublime views of Bled Castle and the Bled Island church. The extra expense of a traditional boat ride to the Island did enhance the visit. Meanwhile, our travelling companions enjoyed a hike to a viewpoint overlooking the island and castle instead. The last stop in Ljubljana was almost long enough to experience this beautiful city. The funicular ride to the Castle provided a great view of the city and the nearby mountains. Our guide was accommodating and provided a comprehensive commentary.

Tanja from Viatica Travel was such a great guide. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the day and even the days leading up. Since it was just me she was happy to hear what I wanted out of each stop and customize accordingly. She advised me that the cave was cold and to bring warm clothes, I'm glad she did! Every part of the day was planned to optimize your time and was flexible enough to accommodate what interests you. I would recommend this tour to anyone!

Slovenia is so green and beautiful. Even the ride from Zagreb was very enjoyable with beautiful scenery along the highway. We didn’t have nice weather when we went to Lake Bred but the tour guide managed to make it enjoyable. Highly recommended if you are in Zagreb.

Do NOT miss this day tour to Slovenia where you hit three beautiful spots: the lovely town of Ljubljana, the amazing Postojna Caves and the breathtaking Lake Bled. Our guide, Tanja, was an excellent guide who gave us ample information about each place we visited and was kind and accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend this tour!

Couldn't be better, My driver & guide was excellent & so professional. Highly recommend. My driver even ook me shopping for some swim wear as I forgot to bring my swim wear and I am so pleased that I got to swim at Lake bled. Got to see the hidden treasure and all was so smooth. Thank you, I had a fantastic time.

Our with tour Tanja was amazing. She was well organized contacting us in advance with the itinerary and any special requests. She was also on time and allowed a good amount of time at each location. Our first stop was lake bled. It was as beautiful as the pictures. Especially the views from the top of the Castle. My sister had injured herself and we were unsure if we would visit the cave. However, as she was feeling better, Tanja was still able to the book tickets so we could visit. Visiting the caves in the middle of the day turned out to be a good idea. Because, it was very hot outside but cool in the cave. Make sure to walk with a sweater to avoid buying one as it is pretty cool at some points inside. The cave was also very beautiful and impressive. After the cave we spent some time in Ljubljana. It started to rain however, Tanja was prepared with new big umbrella for each of us. This was another beautiful location. She gave us a walking tour of the city. There we bought delicious fresh fruit from the vendors and did some souvenir shopping. It was my sister ‘s birthday and Tanja treated us with Slovenian dessert at a cafe beside the river. She taught us to sing happy birthday in Croatian which we sang to my sister. It was a fun evening. By the time we heading back to Croatia, we felt as though we had just went on a trip with an old friend versus a tour guide. We were laughing and having good conversation. Even though it was an all day tour, it did not feel that way at all. I definitely recommend this tour with Tanja.
