I cannot say anything good about this service. First, there is no good way to communicate in the case of a late arrival, which was my case. Also, it is cheaper to use the fixed rate offered by cabs at the airport which I found to be plentiful. Last, when things don't work out, as was my case, no refund was offered.

Our transfer was very easy from the Zagreb airport to our hotel in downtown Zagreb. Our driver was on time, helped us with our luggage, and was very fun to talk to. He gave us some recommendations on food while in Zagreb and told us a little bit about life in Croatia. Very easy and stress-free airport transfer.
