Worth it, definitely a once in a lifetime! Very Highly Recommended!

What an incredible experience. Kie was our guide and we had a small group of 8. He said it could be 80. Weather at the Top of Europe was good with blue skies. We could see the cloud layers below us. Kie said we were very lucky to have such a good view. Kie does take charge and knows exactly how and when to get the photos you want. I suggest you go with the flow and enjoy it. We have a ton of photos that he took for us on my phone. (I also have a separate Cannon 40x and got a ton of photos myself with that.) If you get the chance, do this one, it is somewhat expensive, but worth it, definitely a once in a lifetime. We are from Colorado and we have many higher peaks, but the train ride up, how close you get to the peak, is the most spectacular view you can imagine. Ice palace was very creatively and you do get to walk up the snow bank for more views. We also saw many beautiful waterfalls along the way. Food was good and reasonable for the location. We spent $35 each for food and a beer and another $35 each on souvenirs. Bus was very comfortable and in great shape.
Amazing tour & Amazing Tour Guide

This tour was provided by the Best Switzerland Tour. They are organized, and I love that they are punctual. Our tour guide's name is Franciska. She was the epitome of a great tour guide, being direct and able to manage 45 or more guests. I appreciate the fact that she tries very hard to provide all the necessary information in a short amount of time. My friends and I enjoyed the tour, and we extend our birthday greetings to our tour guide. May she continue to be a good ambassador of this beautiful city.
Zurich highlights plus tour of Lindt Chocolate Museum

The day started raining. It was alright we were in the bus driving around Zurich. When the rain stopped, Bruno walked us around Old Town. Then he took us for the cruise to go to the Lindt Chocolate Museum. He was giving us very detailed instructions and options how we can go back to town. Bruno did a great job showing us the highlights of Zurich. He is very knowledgeable and patient to everyone.
Nice Mix of activities

A good overview of Zurich. Our guide, Daniel, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The Lindt chocolate experience was experience not to be missed. Don’t eat lunch before you go!
This was a nice tour!...

This was a nice tour! Sofia was full of interesting information and an interesting person herself. We enjoyed the short lake cruise because it gave us great views we would otherwise not have seen. The chocolate museum and factory were fun, too!
A little rushed, but a nice tour overall.

It was a good trip overall. It did seem a bit rushed, but not terrible. Our guide was good. I would recommend to others.
Great overview of Zurich
Marie_V, Apr 2024
Good tour to see the varied areas of Zurich by boat, bus and walking. Bus took you to the top of a hill, so you could view Zürich. Trip does include ticket to the Lindt tour. Can also take the longer route back on the boat and see more of the lake at no additional cost, so if the weather is nice, I would suggest planning the time to do it. This tour actually takes about 4 hours
Beautiful city of Zurich, boat ride and Lindt factory tour, with a Subpar Tour Guide
Archie_L, Apr 2024
The tour itself started on a bus that had a very poor tour guide (a mature-aged woman with bright red hair) who just read to us for the first hour on the bus with no engagement or connection with her group. When we stopped for the walking tour in Lucerne, she spoke just loud enough for the 10-12 people right around her, and the rest of the 20 or so in the group were unable to hear her. At the harbor, we asked to confirm our plans at the Lindt factory, and she looked at my girlfriend in disgust and said, "I just explained it to everyone! And I also said it on the bus, were you not listening?" I intervened and asked her not to be impatient, and she snapped back, "I AM NOT BEING IMPATIENT. I HAVE BEEN A TOUR GUIDE FOR SIX YEARS AND KNOW WHAT I AM DOING!" My sister also intervened and told her she WAS being very impatient. I then replied that it should be ok for a customer to ask a question and be able to get a reply. Later, at the chocolate factory, she gave us all tickets to enter. My sister's ticket was not scanning. We all tried several times and it would not open the gate. We asked our guide for assistance, and again, in disgust, she said, "THE TICKETS ALWAYS WORK." She grabbed the ticket from my sister's hand and scanned it, and of course, it didn't work. She tried again several times, and still did not work. And then she brought her ticket out of her pocket and scanned my sister in. Having traveled throughout the world on many trips, excursions, cruises, and much more, in almost every case, we have always been served by people who love what they do and serve their customers on a high level. This was not the case with this tour guide, which was quite disappointing as we planned on a wonderful day in Zurich, which we enjoyed the best we could in light of the poor service we experienced.
Zurich city tour
Aubrey_E, Apr 2024
It was a very good tour. The Lindt chocolate factory is a must in Zurich and the short cruise on the lake was a nice touch. I would love to do more of a walking tour through old town.
Great day.
Dale_S, Apr 2024
Getting to the pickup point was easy and your staff both at the ticket booth and the tour guide were phenomenal. We did way more than what we expected and it was an incredible excursion. Thank you.

Karen_B, Apr 2024
While the weather was unseasonably cold, our Zurich tour was delightful. We enjoyed the bus tour around Zurich and the boat ride on Lake Zurich was cozy and fun. Lindt Home of Chocolate was highlight! Easy to get back to hotel using buses/boat. Great way to see a bit of Zurich! Thanks to our guide Fernando!

The tour was wonderful and our guide very informative and made sure we knew how to get back to our hotels post tour. The Lindt factory was very busy but we enjoyed the history and samples. Great way to spend the afternoon.

Great day getting to see a lot of Zurich!
MaryEllen_W, Apr 2024
We very much enjoyed our bus/boat/walking tour of Zurich today with our lovely guide, Bettina. The tour gave us a good view of a broad section of Zurich by bus that could not be covered in a walking tour, with interesting comments along the way by our knowledgable guide. Bettina has a lovely voice and was so easy to understand; she is fluent in English and Spanish and is able to address the group well in both languages, if necessary. We had a ten minute stop at the lake where one could get a coffee or snack or use the restroom, and a 25 minute walking tour of the old town with good suggestions of places to spend more time later on our own. We had a pleasant 1/2 hour boat trip on Lake Zurich to get to the Lindt Factory & Museum for an introduction to how chocolate is made, with plenty of samples of their delicious products. The 24 hour Zurich transportation pass provided gave us the opportunity afterwards to take an additional cruise further down the south shore & back via the noth shore to Zurich, enjoying good food and drink ordered on the boat. It made for an ideal day 2 in Zurich. We highly recommend this tour!
The trip was great!...
