Informative tour, good guide

Andrew was excellent. The only problem was there were 14 French-speaking people on our bus and they talked constantly making it difficult to hear Andrew. Since we weren’t with the cruise, we had to take a taxi to the port. He did drop us off at our hotel afterwards.

Very good tour

We had a nice small group tour and I got back to 7 mile beach which I visited 30 years ago. It was very, very crowded which I was surprised about. But the tour was worth it.

Fun times

Lady who checked us in and Louis were great. Had great time. You had to rent and chair and umbrella for 25 which was a bit pricy for 2 hours. My daughter and I snorkeled right off the beach and saw barracuda, eels, spotted Eagle rays and a variety of fish.

Nice tour of the West End

Andrew was a great tour guide. Very funny, friendly, and gave us a lot of knowledge about the Cayman Islands. NOTE: the beach will be PACKED, but this is not the fault of the tour company or our guide. Also, the short walk to the bus (less than 10 minutes) gave us an opportunity to see the stingray statue. We had someone with a folding walker on our tour and she was able to get in the bus OK (plus Andrew made sure to being the bus to her so she didn'tdo the initial walk to the bus), but I think this tour would be impossible or very hard for someone with a wheelchair or who has difficulty getting up and down any steps. We had to take a taxi to get down to the meeting place, but Andrew offered to drop us off at our hotel on the way back.

Nice Tour of Grand Cayman

This tour was through Viator, with a local company Amvivo. Everyone on board the cruise ship takes a tender boat to the pier. From there, it was just a 3 minute walk to our meet up place to check in, then a 3 to 4 minute walk to the tour van. The tour was very reasonably priced, so we did not mind the small extra walk. We very much enjoyed the excursion with Andrew, our tour guide. He provided a good amount of commentary and information about Grand Cayman and its residents as we drove along. Our first stop was the Tortuga Rum Cake Factory, where we observed the rum cakes actually being made. We were then able to sample some of the cakes with accompanying rum - yummy. Next stop was "Hell", which is the actual name of the area. The black volcanic rock there made for an eerie scene. From there, it was on to the Dolphin Discovery Center, where we observed dolphins jumping, flipping and generally enjoying themselves. Our last stop was 7 Mile Beach for about an hour, which was a very enjoyable way to end our tour. In all, it was a very nice overview of the West Bay area and introduction to Cayman culture.

Awesome Grand Cayman

Was a great trip, Andrew was our guide. He was very knowledgeable and kind, Answered all our questions and was a very safe driver. The stop at Tortuga rum cakes was awesome too. Water was beautiful. Awesome time!!
