Paradise cave is the longest dry cave in Asia (located in Phong Nha – Ke bang National Park’s core zone. According to spelunkers (cave explorers), the deeper one journeys into the cave, the more one feels the wells of heavenly clarity all around. The cave height can reach to 72 m and up to 150 m wide. Phong Nha Cave is not only a natural legacy of the world. It also stands as a relic system of the historic Ho Chi Minh trail which, during the US war, served as a secret hiding place for floating bridges that were only brought out at night to avoid targeted bombings. These bridges were key components in the supply chain from the north to the south by allowing supply trucks to cross the rivers. It also once served as a hospital, with weapons installed at the entrance.

Beautiful nature, even on a rainy day
We took this tour on a rainy day at the end of oktober. It was a fairly small group and we all where picked up from our various hotels. When we arrived at the first cave it turned out that the weather made the experience even more special and also allowed us to see the two caves with very few other tourists. After the first cave in the rainforest we had a lunch and after that we visited the second cave on a little boat. Unfoartionatly the tourguide was sometimes difficult to understand however that didn't impact our experience very much because the nature was beautiful even without explanaition.

Good experience
Good organization of the tour, beautiful sightseeing in the caves with some nice info from the guides. After previous tours in Vietnam we expected a bit more from the lunch which wasn’t bad but potentially a cozier/different venue could have been picked. Overall a nice tour.

The scale of the caves is...
The scale of the caves is breathtaking, it's also nice to be able to freely walk through paradise cave rather than in a large tour group as it's a very peaceful serene place

Fun experience
You can’t miss dark cave while in Phong Nha! The water activities made me feel like a kid again. The tour was well managed.
