Christchurch Gondola Tours and Tickets

It was great saw all mountain and the lovely view, the staff wear help full on our RV joinery-in giving us places to see and best roads to travel, and then fog came in

Don’t go when it’s cloudy or overcast, cos you won’t get a view at all. But still enjoyed it overall as there was still the discovery ride, which gave a good introduction to the history of NZ. Good for kids too!

We had an exciting afternoon at the Mt Cavandish reserve, despite the gale force like wind up there. The staff at the place was so friendly and approachable.

The view was awesome ,nice coffee in the cafe , we did the complimentary ride to experience the history of New Zealand

We arrived before the Gondola had opened, but the lovely gentleman let us in so we could sit down. He told us what we could do in Christchurch and the best way to see things. Everyone is just so friendly! The views are spectacular and the weather made it perfect. Bit of effort required to get there, but well worth it. You can buy a three trip ticket that includes the tram and punt as well, so if you have the time, definitely buy it.

Fab ride to the top, well organised & breath taking views. Once at the top, there’s a lovely cafe, viewing platform with 360 views & option of 3 walks. 2 go down the other side into Lytton… we’ll worth the effort!

Long way to the top but we’ll worth it. The views from this vantage point were both breathtaking and spectacular. A great was to get a perspective of Christ church.
