The Basics

The best way to experience the center is to see a show in one of its theaters, include the 2,700-seat Walt Disney Theater or the 300-seat Alexis & Jim Pugh Theater. Other spaces include the glass-walled DeVos Family Room, several lobbies, and the outdoor Seneff Arts Plaza. The Bob Carr Theater is a short distance away. In addition to catching a performance, you can also take a class through its School of Arts.

  • You have to underago a security check to enter the center.

  • Food and drinks are available, and can be pre-purchased for intermission. Food is not allowed in the theaters.

The center is located in downtown Orlando. The nearest SunRail stop is Church Street, a short walk away from the center. Lymmo and Lynx both have stops nearby. For those driving, parking options include valet and the City Commons Parking Garage behind City Hall.

When to Get There

The box office is open Monday through Friday from morning until midafternoon and Saturday afternoon. Guests should arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime to leave enough time for security checks and any purchases from the bar. Bar service begins 60 to 90 minutes before shows, and continue for 60 minutes after curtain call.
