There are several ways to reach Museo Dolores Olmedo. Most visitors arrive as part of a Mexico City sightseeing tour or by public transport—take metro Line 2 to Tasqueña station, then ride the light rail to La Noria station, just a short walk away.
The museum is open 10am to 6pm Tuesday through Sunday, and there isn’t really a bad time to visit. Admission is free on Tuesdays.
