Walk through the Instant Noodle Tunnel, showcasing more than 800 varieties of instant ramen and cup noodles. See a replica of the hut where Momofuku Ando created the instant ramen in 1958. Then watch a video about the history of instant ramen in a theater shaped like a giant Cup Noodles package. The highlight for many visitors is the My CUPNOODLES Factory, where you can customize your own noodle cup by choosing different soup flavors and toppings, and the Chicken Noodle Factory, where you can create noodles from scratch. A Tasting Hall offers limited edition and regional cup noodle flavors.

The museum is located in Ikeda, about 20 minutes north of Osaka. Take the Hankyu Takarazuka Line from Umeda Station in Osaka to Ikeda Station. The museum is about a 5-minute walk from the Masumi-Cho Homen exit.
The museum is open daily, except Tuesdays and national holidays, from 9:30am to 4:30pm. The last admission is at 3:30pm. Book well ahead if you want to attend the Chicken Noodle Factory, as it can sell out over a month in advance. The museum can get very crowded on weekends.
After a visit to the Cup Noodles Museum, head over to Ikeda Castle for serene gardens and panoramic city views. Animal lovers should spend some time at the small but charming Satsukiyama Zoo, which offers free admission, while outdoor lovers will enjoy the trails and waterfalls of Minoh Park. There are also numerous shrines and small temples throughout the city.
