The below itinerary is indicative since the captain will choose the best spots for each cruise according to weather conditions and traffic so you can spend unique moments on board. Galatea is a splendid Turkish schooner, the only one on the island of Paros, 19m long x 5.5m wide, an elegant slab in shape and with large internal and external living spaces. Galatea has a large area that is enclosed in a large area and has a large area that accommodates other mattresses placed on the floor. We sail from Pisso Livadi to the southwest by 09:30, hoisting our sails and adjusting our course according to the prevailing winds we enjoy a scenic cruise until we enter the Antiparos Strait with a welcome drink in hand while tasting baked snacks from the oven. We first anchor in Blue Lagoon. Superb turquoise waters and for the coming hours we circum- navigate South Antiparos, sneak in the Caves and anchor at Despotiko Beaches for swimming. To fulfill the appetite that sea brings in the right time we prepare and serve our delicious full lunch on deck being the complement of a unique experience followed by special dessert. Wherever wind is on our side we hoist again our sails, to experience the unique feeling of wind filling up the sails. Our last stop will be to the South of Paros where last swim in dramatic blue waters will be followed by fruit salad. Scenic tour sailing back to Pisso Livadi will conclude this superb day at sea.

We enjoy a scenic cruise with a welcome drink in hand. We will anchor in sheltered spots for a swim that will be followed by our superbly prepared dinner and dessert. As the sun starts to hide itself above land ahead of us, we hoist our sails again and make our way back to Pisso Livadi by dusk to make this experience unique like no other.

By 15:00 with sun still on top of skies we turn or bow to the west under sail enjoying relaxation and scenic coast breathtaking views. We sneak in a hidden marvel with one last stop by Naxos Southwest Coast where last swim in turquoise waters will be accompanied by fruit salad. As the sun starts to descend itself we hoist again our sails and make our second crossing of Paros Naxos Strait to conclude a unique sailing day experience.

Astonishing sailing day around Koufonisia’s archipelago. First stop is in Kato Koufonisi at Pezoulia Bay where you can swim, snorkel and a small snack will be offered, before coasting the south side of Kato Koufonisi, to reach the second stop in Laki Bay. Lunch will be prepared and you can enjoy the atmosphere of the surround landscape. After meal break, cruising all the way up to Pano Koufonisi, by proceeding along to the island, admire the beautifullness of the environment, spot the Chora and sailing up to Rina Cave in Naxos for the last stop and dessert, is breathless! The final passage will take part from Rina Cave to the south and west side of Naxos until reaching the point to turn the sails on one more time back to Piso Livadi

Our cruise starts with a delicious breakfast enjoyed on board while heading towards our first destination, Panteronisia / Blue Lagoon.  Once there, we will be surrounded by shallow azure waters, impossible to come by at any accessible spot on the island. We will take our time to enjoy the mesmerizing view and our first swim, accompanied by local snacks. Mastichari cave. There, we will discover small sea caves ideal for snorkeling, while the white rocks above are suitable for daring cliff jumping. Then, we will pass by the famous cave of Epitaphios and reach the shallow waters of Despotiko island to savor a traditional Greek lunch served on board. We will grill fresh fish or meat, depending on your preferences, and we will enjoy them along with freshly made greek salad, potato salad, and a nice cold beer.
