Pleasant morning to spend on Lake Trasimeno, beautiful body of water, surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes, ancient villages and historic houses. In just 40 minutes of kayaking, you'll reach the shores of Isola Polvese, and dock your canoe to enjoy a scenic walk or swim in the beautiful waters of the lake. Afterwards, lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon we'll visit one of the ancient villages of Lake Trasimeno: Castiglione del Lago, located on the western shore of Lake Trasimeno. Together with our guide we'll take a walk in the historic center of Castiglione del Lago and see some of its most important monuments and sites of interest, including the Palazzo della Corgna (entrance ticket not included), the Rocca del Leone, the Church of Santa Maria Maddalena which preserves the Madonna enthroned, Church of San Domenico, Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, Sanctuary of the Madonna della Carraia, among others.

December 30, 2023 includes visits to Assisi and Gubbio, with the discovery of the Chiesa Nuova and the Cathedral of San Rufino in Assisi, followed by an afternoon in Gubbio with exploration of the historic center and Christmas markets. The day ends with admiration of the imposing Christmas Tree, the largest in the world, and a typical Umbrian dinner. December 31, 2023 is dedicated to Montefalco and Bevagna, with a visit to the artistic places of Montefalco and a tasting of the famous Sagrantino wine. The exploration continues in Bevagna, a renowned medieval village, followed by a lunch in the cellar and a visit to Rasiglia, famous for its water springs. The end-of-year evening ends with a rich dinner and 70s/80s music at the "Il poet Contadino" restaurant. January 1, 2024 includes the celebration of the new year in Assisi with participation in the New Year's mass at the Basilica of San Francesco and a unique experience with live nativity scenes in San Gregorio d'Assisi. - This morning we lead to Assisi, Franciscan place par excellence, not only in Umbria and in Italy, but all over the world. We take a stroll around its fascinating alleys, admiring the most remarkable sites of the city: Basilica di San Francesco, Chiesa di Santa Chiara, Piazza del Comune, Cattedrale di San Rufino, Chiesa di San Damiano. - After visiting Assisi, we reach a local farmhouse in which we will have a fun cooking class: we will learn how to make a lasagna! We will have a tour of the farmhouse on which animals are raised in the wild and products are organic. Then we will go to the kitchen and we will start cooking: we will learn all the secrets about the art of making pasta, the ingredients, the utensils and the combinations with condiments. We are so confident in your skills, that the lasagna you will prepare will be the main course of our lunch, buon appetito!
