You will be welcome in an early 19th century farmhouse in Pieve Pagliaccia, between Perugia and Assisi, where our company, the Brugnoni simple agricultural company, is based, where our family has lived and worked with passion and love for the territory for almost 100 years. We carry on various cultures typical of the area, including the vine. We will guide you through our vineyards and then through the rooms of our cellar, telling you our story and illustrating all the phases of wine production, from the vineyard to the bottle. We will then let you taste 4 of our wines, accompanied by typical platters selected by companies we collaborate with.

We get up early in the morning to live one of the most exciting experiences you can ever imagine: ballooning over Umbria! - This morning we lead to Assisi, Franciscan place par excellence, not only in Umbria and in Italy, but all over the world. We take a stroll around its fascinating alleys, admiring the most remarkable sites of the city: Basilica di San Francesco, Chiesa di Santa Chiara, Piazza del Comune, Cattedrale di San Rufino, Chiesa di San Damiano. - After visiting Assisi, we reach a local farmhouse in which we will have a fun cooking class: we will learn how to make a lasagna! We will have a tour of the farmhouse on which animals are raised in the wild and products are organic. Then we will go to the kitchen and we will start cooking: we will learn all the secrets about the art of making pasta, the ingredients, the utensils and the combinations with condiments. We are so confident in your skills, that the lasagna you will prepare will be the main course of our lunch, buon appetito!

- We begin our day visiting Gubbio, one of the oldest Umbrian cities. Here you can breathe history from every stone and many are the traces of its glorious past: the Roman Theater, the Basilica of Sant'Ubaldo which overlooks the city, the Gothic cathedral, the Church of Santa Maria Nuova, Palazzo dei Consoli, home of the Civic Art Gallery where we find the "Tavole Eugubine", 7 bronze tablets very important for the history of the Italic peoples. - You cannot visit Umbria without enjoying its food and wine delights. After the guided visit of Gubbio, we will reach a renowned vineyard and winery where we will discover the deepest secrets of the Umbrian wine tradition. We will have a delicious lunch with Umbrian delicacies and a 360° Wine Tasting. - After lunch, we will have a beautiful horseback ride through the Umbrian valleys surrounded by greenery in contact with a specimen of such rare pride, elegance, strength and intelligence; it cannot be just a sport, but an essential experience.

Today we'll visit Perugia, the capital of Umbria. It is worth visiting not only for the beauty of its hilltop setting, but also for its fine old buildings. Before it came under Roman rule, ancient Perusia was one of the 12 cities of the Etruscan federation and considerable sections of the Etruscan walls, which extended for 2,800 meters around the town, have been preserved. Perugia is known to the art world as the center of the Umbrian School of Painting in the 15th and 16th centuries and its leading members, Pietro Vannucci and Bernardino Betti both worked here. Lunch in typical restaurant after the guided tour of Perugia. During our time in Perugia, we’ll take a visit to Perugina Chocolate House, located inside the renowned Perugina chocolate factory. A magic place to taste fine chocolate and enjoy a rich collection of pictures, labels, posters, gift boxes and special old machines to produce the chocolate and its most famous product the “bacio”.

Walk in the shade of the forest to discover the waterfalls that descend from the mountain, creating natural pools where it is possible to swim surrounded by the sound of the water that descends along the rock. It seems to be in an earthly paradise and isolated from any form of civilization, out of any other tourist circuit. At the agreed time, we leave from the Enchanted Village to enter the neighboring woods by means of forest trails that lead near the path that leads to the waterfalls and pools. Min. 4 people. Pleasant morning to spend on Lake Trasimeno, beautiful body of water, surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes, ancient villages and historic houses. In just 40 minutes of kayaking, you'll reach the shores of Isola Polvese, and dock your canoe to enjoy a scenic walk or swim in the beautiful waters of the lake. Afterwards, lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon we'll visit one of the ancient villages of Lake Trasimeno: Castiglione del Lago, located on the western shore of Lake Trasimeno. Together with our guide we'll take a walk in the historic center of Castiglione del Lago and see some of its most important monuments and sites of interest, including the Palazzo della Corgna (entrance ticket not included), the Rocca del Leone, the Church of Santa Maria Maddalena which preserves the Madonna enthroned, Church of San Domenico, Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, Sanctuary of the Madonna della Carraia, among others.
