Practicing Yoga makes you happier. The benefits of yoga help us decrease stress, improve self-esteem, improve relationships. Practicing Yoga outdoors, on the lawn and with the chirping of birds in the background is superb. At 8:00 or 18:00 at the Cruccùris Oasis Pool with Giuly and the mats or towels on the lawn ready to practice. Giuly will make sure of your Yoga level and will build tailor-made lessons for the group. Our lessons are offered free of charge to employees of the hotel that hosts them. We believe that mental health and physical balance are essential in life.

Qigong is the art of life-energy cultivation through mindful movement and breathing. Engaging in this activity in a sacred location with wonderful energies, one of Sardinia's most suggestive archeological sites, promises a unique experience. Let's practice the Eight Cycles together, a gentle movement sequence suggested by Qigong Master Robert Peng, followed by a meditation.
