Raiyah, Thank you for your feedback. We like these types of honest reviews to help educate future bookers who will read this review.
After looking into your many emails for a request to cancel with a refund, it looks like you were cancelling within the non-refundable cancellation period and you were upset about not being granted a refund. We encourage ALL guests to acquire trip protection/trip insurance as many operators do have non-refundable cancellation periods and this protection assures you a full refund for cancelling for any reason.
The quotation "why did you come to Alaska if you were worried about Earthquakes" is not accurate looking at the email exchanges. This seems to be exaggerated, the history was as follows: You requested to cancel and be refunded due to your concern of clustering earthquakes. We replied letting you know this cancellation was within the non-refundable period and we would cancel and we prompted you to contact your travel insurance company for refund options. You replied to this that you didn't feel this was a good stance to take, you would not be signing any waiver required to participate and you were upset we would not even offer a partial refund. At that point we referred you to Viator as they are who you originally booked through and they are the company that your credit card was charged by.
We hope the rest of your Alaskan vacation turned out well!
