Upon further investigation we were able to confirm that it was our staff error and issued a full refund for your booking for the inconvenience of not finding the dispatcher holding a sign with your name upon arrival. As for the walk to the car, this is the designated area that the Aruba Airport assigns to us, for which we have no control over. We do apologize for the not so great experience upon your arrival on the island.
