Vi betalade för en privat överföring som gjordes i en taxi snarare än en privat bil. Föraren var vänlig men pratade knappt med oss. Vi kunde ha tagit en taxi själva för ett lägre pris i hamnen.

Chauffören sa att han inte kunde komma närmare vår hyra och det var inte sant. Sju äldre kvinnor fick gå flera hundra meter och upp och ner för trappor och släpade tunga resväskor. När någon kommer för att hämta oss till flygplatsen på söndagsmorgonen vet föraren bättre hur man tar sig till Stratonos 2 .

Thank you for your feedback, however this is not actually indicative for our services. As you have already mentioned, your apartment is not accessible by a large vehicle, this road is a dead-end, and there are steps that the vehicle cannot access as well. This is an extremely popular product, and we are doing our best to provide best-in-class services, but there are situations that we cannot overcome, like a non-accessible road.

Very pleased with the service !! The van was perfect for our family group and the amount of luggage we had. Petro, the driver, was waiting for us outside the terminal, and help us with our luggage . On our way to the Hotel, he was pointing out the interesting dites for us . Highly recommended

Too fast, tried to scam extra fare from us.

Driver on time at the Piraeus port. He apologized for not knowing much English. He drove fast...150-160kmph in 120kmph zones... at times enroute to our hotel. Arrived at the hotel and driver wanted 25 more euros for the ride after I tipped him 20 euros for his effort. He called his supervisor who explained I had agreed to the additional cost. When I learned the 50 euro cost fellow travelers had paid from our ship to the same hotel I refused to pay any more than I had already paid through Viator. I told the supervisor I felt he was "screwing us" and after he said he didn't like my language he hung up. I showed our driver the confirmation from Viator that stated all fees had been paid but he could not read English. I also read the confirmation to the supervisor and he did not seem to care about what was written. The driver was happy with the 40% tip and he drove away. Not so sure we'll us Viator again for airport/hotel pickups.

The only thing we are happy about is that customers like you are a unique occurrence among the thousands of itineraries we have run. In the phone call, you used very bad words, and we informed you that we could not continue the conversation at this level. After informing you that we do not want any additional amount from you, we said hello and ended the conversation while you continued to curse. Regarding speeding, this is impossible to happen as all our vehicles have a notification system, and in case of exceeding the speed limit of 129 km/h, the manager is informed and recorded in the logs. There is no such message and no record of the speeds mentioned in the log files. It's also worth mentioning that you left such a generous tip to a driver who was driving like a madman. About the price and that our service is overpriced. Our product is one of the most competitive on the market and its price is clearly posted. As you booked the wrong product, we informed you, so that you don't have to worry about canceling and booking the correct product, that you can pay the difference to the driver and we quote your answer: "An additional 25 euros for our transportation from the cruise terminal in Piraeus to our hotel GK Mediterranean at 10 am on 27 October 2023 will be OK with us.". We hereby deny and remand the charge of fraud. Finally, we did our research with the hotel and found that all the other customers had paid 50 euros per person. We are sure that no supplier wants customers like you. We apologize to our readers, but this is the first time something like this has happened to us and we are forced to respond in the same style as the comment to be understood by this particular customer.

Reliable and accommodating

We arrived to port knowing a race would block the access to our hotel in central Athens so we called and they immediately arrived much earlier to pick us up and take us to our hotel. Very professional and definitely accommodating!!! Highly recommend

Dropped off at the wrong hotel in Athens

We got dropped off at the wrong hotel. Our party had 11 people so it was a nightmare trying to unload our luggage with narrow streets and cars honking. Although this experience was terrible, viator came back and took us to the correct hotel. We have used viator in the past and they are always reliable so i feel this was just an honest mistake. Despite this negative experience, I would use viator again.

Our driver was waiting at the ferry port with a sign and whisked us away to a very nice, comfortable, cool Mercedez van. He told us about the city and had cold water for us. It was one of the best bookings I made during our whole trip! He dropped us off in front of our rental apartment.
