Very Disappointed ... The Customer is Wrong

We were not met by our driver and had to find a different mode of transportation. Communications with the company and/ or driver resulted in nothing but canned responses. Even after coordinating our desired pick-up time, we were repeatedly questioned and essentially told we were wrong. As a result, the driver assumably showed up very early, even after several emails reminding them that we would meet them at a specific time. Apparently with this company, the customer is always wrong. Never attempting to do business with them again and we will not be paying for this reservation.

We were met by Theodoros immediately after collecting our luggage - he was courteous and helpful getting our luggage loaded into a roomy van. It was a longer drive from the Athens air port to Piraeus and our hotel but Theodoros knew the way and got us there safe and timely. The entire process from booking the pickup to saying goodbye was handled professionally and could not have been any easier. We would not hesitate to recommend this service.

Our flight was delayed, but Bill was at the baggage exit door holding an electronic sign with our name on it (all others were written on paper). He immediately handled my luggage, taking it to a pristine Mercedes and loading my husbands into it. While expertly maneuvering traffic to Pireaus port, he provided us with a very interesting social/cultural history of Athens, delivering us to the door of our hotel. From start to finish, it was professional. Thank you, Bill!

Waited for us even though we were late as we had luggage issues. Managed to get a wheelchair for me as I use a cane and struggled with the walk to the car. Drive to hotel was done safely and efficiency.

The vehicle was nice but a typical Mercedes c class cab. Had to walk maybe 1/4 mile from terminal to get where driver was parked. Driver was not there when we cleared baggage and customs. When he did show the sigh he had was written in very thin lettering and difficult to find. Would not use again. Would just take a cab. Plenty lined up and waiting.

Great ride -- didn't know it was a taxi when I booked

My driver met me at the airport with my name on it. From there, it went downhill. I had to carry my own bags for a 7 minute walk to a taxi cab (when I booked I thought this was a black car/limo based on the pictures and description. The driver was very professional (bottled water and small candies were provided) and drove fast, bu). I was dropped off right at my port. Overall... I would call next time and confirm the details before booking blind.

Driver was indeed waiting for us at the airport despite a 40 minute delay on our flight and had a sign with our name and we were happily whisked away to our awaiting hotel where they promptly took the luggage from our driver. Great trip without having to worry about language difficulties.
