Driver was very nice. Spoke to us the whole way to our hotel. Told us what certain landmarks/buildings were as we passed them driving to our hotel.

They picked up a couple with the same last name but different first initials so we had to wait. The replacement driver was excellent but very noncommunicative.

Driver spoke very good English, was very friendly, and answered all our questions about Barcelona during our ride to the hotel. We did not see him at first at the airport because he was hold a small ipad with our name on it which we could not see. But he made up for it by being so nice!!
