Dear sir, Thank you for your reservation but we want to clarify some facts here. Your flight was not delayed as you sent us the flight number in advance and that flight arrived on time, you missed that flight or changed it and booked another one by the time your next flight was arriving which was a diffrent flight number all our vehicles were busy and you were trying to modify your booking 9 hours before your new flight. We clearly stated while you booked that there is free cancellation 24 hours before.
If you had same flight and it would have delayed we would have waiting for you or give you a refund for this but the flight number you sent us while booking was diffrent then your arrival flight 5 hours later was diffrent. If you missed your flight it is not our mistake.
