Benedette was a great guide. She provided pertinent information and was a great icebreaker. She quickly melded our diverse group into a friendly unit. The places we visited were interesting. The food was diverse and very good. One of the reasons I selected this tour was because I wanted to taste in the Borne district. Only two of the restaurants were actually in the Bourne. There were some issues with seating/mobility at one of the restaurants. Obviously the area and buildings are old, but high seating proved difficult for one of the guests.

Fantastic first International experience!

Eric was the perfect ambassador for Barcelona as whole , the Born , the Gothic and old town specifically on our first international trip anywhere. He led a fantastic tour around and thru it all with a very informative narrative about Barcelona and Catalán history and how they evolved in it. Never felt out of place or unsafe. All the while several stops along the way that included many varieties of tapas and local drinks. All delicious and proudly served by the local establishments. Great evening all together with good company. Highly recommend

Highlight of our trip!

Our tour guide, Hector, was great! He gave us some history of each area we visited, explained all of the wine and tapas to us and even made sure that our food allergies were accommodated at each stop. I cannot have gluten or dairy so he had separate tapas for me at each stop. My friend has a shellfish allergy and he made sure that she could eat safely everywhere. I read the reviews of many tapas and wine walking tours before choosing this one and am so glad I chose this one for our group of six. We all agreed that this was definitely a highlight of our trip!
