Fantastisk dag ute

Hela resan var välplanerad och genomförd en riktigt trevlig dag. Hade bara velat ha sett något halkskydd på plats när folk gick in i nedre stugan efter att ha simmat.

Dåligt utförande

Fick inte upplevelsen jag bokade och betalade för. Dagen innan fick jag en bekräftelse om ingen hotellupphämtning, möte kl 10; 30 vs 9:30 (avgick inte förrän 11:15) gjorde anspråk på 6–6. 5 timmars dag. Det var 5, och aldrig nått sista stoppet på Sandy Beach. Lunchen var knappt ätbar.

Trevlig båttur

På det hela taget var resan bra, såg några underbara natursköna vyer över Bodrum. Stanna av tre gånger för att ta ett dopp. Personalen var vänlig och stödjande. Min enda kritik är att båten lämnade cirka 40 minuter senare än planerat, vi fick inte veta varför och det kan finnas några förbättringar Re: lunchen

Underbar dag

Underbar dagstur. Bra valuta för pengarna och billigare än att boka via en semesterrepresentant. Hela dagen var väldigt välorganiserad. Överföringarna var snabba och i tid. Lunchen var enkel men trevlig - pasta, bbq chicken, sallad och bröd. Personalen var mycket vänlig. Skulle definitivt rekommendera!

Kul på havet

Min man och jag hade en underbar tid på havet. Stoppen var utmärkta och lunchen var mättande. Byrån måste dock förbättra kommunikationen med sina kunder. Jag var tvungen att följa upp flera gånger innan jag fick svar från dem. Bortsett från det var det en fantastisk turné. Skulle rekommendera det till människor som besöker Bodrum.

It was a good trip and if you bring or even buy snorkels on the boat you can see the fish by the shoreline when you swim. Would highly recommend.

Cancelled evening before trip

They cancelled on us the evening before the trip!!! Be carful when booking. So unprofessional! Still waiting for my refund. Viator be carful who you are working with in order to uphold your reputations. So disappointing on a family holiday of 31 people

First of all, your full payment has been returned to you through the viator platform. The rest of the procedure will be transferred to you under the responsibility of the viator platform. Unfortunately, 12 free children have been booked for the reservations you have made and this figure cannot be accepted due to the high season. We have stated that we can help you if you book your group on 2 different days before booking. It is not possible to take a group of 30 people with 12 free children on the same day. However, we apologize on your side for encountering such a situation and wish you a good holiday.

The Tour guide (Ali) and The Boat crew were good and friendly. The Boat itself is Ok. Crystal clear water and liked the route. Food quality were below average. Despite you book it with Hotel Pick up, no one will pick you up and you will receive meeting point location, it is how it goes. You reach the meeting point, no one is waiting, you have to ask all the people there to reach your boat. No one is dressed up the Tour Agency shirt logo, name or any sign board. 4 stops in total were 3 of them are exactly the same in different location. The boat stops for 40 minutes so you can jump and dip into the water. The only different stop is the Sandy Beach one as it is advertised. In fact it is not Sandy, it is Rocky and They serve you lunch on Boat.

A great day at sea

It was overall an enjoyable trip thanks to the boat crew. Beautiful scenery and bays with crystal clear turquoise water. Areas that need improvement: 1. The pick up arrangement, the tour operator needs to be more flexible. In our case the hotel where we stayed was not in the search location list so we pinned the nearest hotel to us and asked them after if we can be picked up from our actual hotel which they denied. The distance between the 2 was literally 3 minutes 2. The music on the boat is very loud and unsuitable to a boat trip. Perhaps ambient music on a low volume would be more appreciated. Lastly special thanks to Ali on the boat, who not only reimbursed our taxi but also took great photos of us at a very decent price and was present to ask and solve any queries.

Amazing 10/10

Only good things to write about this experience! We got picked up by our driver at our hotel who was on time and lovely cool van , got to the pier to hop on our boat, all the staff were lovely. I highly recommend taking towels as its very warm at the top of the boat and you aren’t allowed shoes/sliders on the upper deck and you need something to sit/step on. We set off at 11am and had 5 stops in total to swim in the sea. Most stops were 30 minutes , 1 of them was 1 hour 20min which was the Orak Islands which is where we also had our lunch, lunch wasn’t amazing but wasn’t Terrible for the price you pay. Also gave us watermelon as a snack at another stop and tea and biscuits also which was all included in the price! Overall 10/10 experience, beautiful scenery!!!

We could not get a confirmation that we would get back in time for our cruise ship to set sail so we had to miss the trip. No one would refund or even discuss a refund. I was told multiple times when in chat that I went on the tour when I did not. I just want a refund since they didn’t hold up there end of the bargain

Great budget day out

Great day out and for the price can't fall off, transfer to bodrum no hassle - transfer back abit chaotic but just had to ask which bus was going to our hotel Crew on board really pleasant and happy to communicate with you (just the right amount not annoying) interested in where you come from & getting to know you Food is great for what it is - pasta in tomato sauce, BBQ chicken and salad (all comes on one plate) Drinks are reasonably priced, around £3 or 100 Lira for a beer which isn't bad considering you're on a boat Multiple stops to swim in crystal clear water & a photographer on board taking photos - he took about 30 of me and my partner and it was £10 to purchase - again not pushy on this if you don't want them it's no big deal Music selection isn't great but again not a big deal Bottom deck is all seated whereas top deck is just one big seating area with pillows for you to lay on, actually really comfy and something I've not come across before - beats having hard uncomfortable seating
