Its more of a Cliff jumping and Rock slide activity than Belaying

I am not here to rag on this tour, because overall I had a really good time, however it was not what I thought. It is stated as canyoning and described as belaying, but I didn't see anywhere in the description that you would be jumping off cliffs around 20 Kilometers high. Maybe that's implied with canyoning, but as someone who is oddly terrified of heights particularly over water, this came as a surprise to me. And it was like 3 jumps in a row. SO IF YOU ARE AFRAID OF HEIGHTS AND JUMPING OFF CLIFFS THIS MAY NOT BE FOR YOU. I am just stating in caps so someone knows before hand. The crew always gave alternative routes if someone didn't want to jump or body surf down the rocks slides. On at least my tour there was only one belaying activity and it wasn't even through a waterfall as the picture shows. Overall the activity is really fun and about 5 hours, by the end a lot of people were tired or cold, I was neither but the horse flies were a constant irritation. A great environment rainforest like experience as long as you like cliff jumping, rock sliding and swimming in streams.

I had so much fun. A big shout out to the two guides who ensured our safety and made this trip enjoyable. This was not my first time canyoning, but I picked up skills from these two that I wished I had earlier. It's worth every penny!

Cannot recommend this trip enough! Was our favorite thing we did in Cairns! Scary but so trilling. The small group made for a great experience where we all bonded. Beautiful views and great guides that made the very steep walk at the start more than worth it!

i don’t usually leave reviews but this trip was just amazing. everything i could’ve wanted out of an adventure sport excursion was satisfied. the guides (marcio + harvey) were also phenomenal, truly made the experience so much more exciting and enjoyable.

I'm not kidding when I say that this was the best thing I did in Australia. My guides were Marcio (spelling?) and Paige, and they were personable, entertaining, thoughtful, thorough, safety conscious, fun loving...really, I could go on. I did the morning tour and I wanted to, like, do the afternoon tour to do it all over again and hang out with them more. I have been bouldering a few times but never canyoning or anything big like this. I'm not really afraid of heights and wasn't super nervous - but if I had been, they are The Guides to calm anxiety and encourage you to give it a try. They are really safety conscious and want you to be comfortable but also go just past your comfort zone AND HAVE FUN. I would recommend this experience one million times and give it 10 stars if I could. If you're even remotely considering it, go!!!!! and if you're not considering it, you should!!! Also, the loveliest people go on this adventure - I'm a solo traveler and basically got adopted by a lovely family of 4 and they were wonderful, too.

The entire experience was amazing. Our guide Macio (spelling?) was top notch. He was informative, hilarious, and trustworthy. The canyoning was a little daunting at times but he made us all feel comfortable and encouraged us to go for every jump and slide. He handled everything like a pro. Definitely recommend this tour!

I went with my 18 & 20 year old, and we had a blast. We booked this short notice, but it was definately one of the highlights of our trip. It was more challenging than we expected, and that made the experience more rewarding in the end. The weather was perfect and the guides were very knowledgeable. Thank you Jayden and Paige!

This was an absolute blast. I wasn’t sure how it was gonna go for us as neither my daughter nor myself have ever done anything like this. Turned out to be one of the best things we did during our two weeks in Australia. I wish I could remember the names of the two guides but I can’t. I will say they were magnificent. They made us feel comfortable and talked us through things we were hesitant to do. They didn’t just try and rush anyone through anything to just get the activity done. They truly wanted you to have a great experience and it was evident. They were also extremely funny which only made it even better. I would do this again in a heartbeat with this company. Of all the things we did and saw, this is the one I have been telling all my friends about. If you’re even considering doing this, just do it. If you hesitant because you’re not sure if you can do it, don’t worry. They will get you through and you will have the time of your life.

I did the half day canyoning experience. I went as a solo traveler and ended up being apart of a little family for the trip. The guides were excellent. They were super engaging, informative, made sure we were kept safe, comfortable, and ultimately having a blast! Luke and Spencer are SUPER great at their jobs!! This trip was beautiful, adventurous, and just soo fun. Thank you for an amazing trip! If I come back I would love to do another canyoning day!

Luke, Marcio and team were great. We got picked up on time from the pickup location. This was our first time canyoning, and the team did a great job explaining all the safety details and helped us through the activities. They also had alternative routes for people who wanted a tame experience. Over all the team was great and I would highly recommend this experience.

This experience was not what I expected... But better!!! Marcio, Peter, and Luke were great dealing with my initial nervousness and fantastic guides. Being that I was nursing a broken toe and nervous about getting hurt again at the start of my vacation, some of the jumps made me nervous. But they were so accommodating in finding something more comfortable for me and one other participant that we had a blast. I had the best time and look forward to trying this again... Uninjured. Lol
