  • Tur- och flygbyten är föremål för ledningens och/eller pilotens bedömning, väder, flygledning och tillgänglighet
  • Återbetalningar: Uppsägningsmeddelande på 48 timmar krävs för en full återbetalningsanspråk och 24 -48 timmar för en återbetalningskrav på 50 %. Ingen återbetalning gäller om bokningen avbokas inom 24 timmar.

  • alla 30-, 45- och 60-minutersbokningar av Scenic Flight upp till 6 passagerare (1 helikopter) kommer att fortsätta att avgå från Pier Heliport medan alla bokningar för 7+ passagerare. (2+ helikoptrar) kommer nu att avgå från vår General Aviation Airport plats.

The views of the GBR were astonishing! The pilot narrated key features only and allowed us to absorb the beauty mostly in the quietness of the moment. Our tender from the ship was delayed and they kept our reservation open; thanks! This was our first helicopter ride and I researched the company before booking. I was very confident that our safety was their top priority.

What a fantastic way to experience The Great Barrier Reef. Our pilot, Noel helped make the flight one to remember. Check-in staff was friendly and even took our group photo after the flight.

Spectacular Helicopter Experience

This was an amazing flight, from viewing the reef and seeing Dugongs, turtles and dolphins. A spectacular view of Green Island, Fitzroy Island, Yarrabah, False Cape, Vlasoff Sand Cay and Arlington Reef. The pilot and staff were professional, engaging knowledgeable and welcoming making the overall experience for our family a memorable one that we would highly recommend to everyone. The view was amazing and we loved riding in a helicopter. It was nice to have headsets and microphones to communicate with each other and listen to the airport and pilot conversations.

A first class outstanding tour with a company who deserve to be commended not only for the high quality of the service they provide but for also going out of their way, at their own expense, to make the experience unforgettable for their clients. I cannot praise them enough. The helicopter ride was breath- taking with spectacular views and the highlight of our Great Barrier Reef cruise. We were picked up from our cruise ship by taxi, the whole trip was clearly explained and throughout the ride we were able to request closer views, ask questions etc. Wonderful! Whilst waiting to board we asked the receptionist if she could possibly book a taxi to pick us up after the ride as we wanted to go to Kuranda Village. She suggested that it would be far better to go by cable car than road. We explained that that was what we had dearly wanted to do but were unable to due to time restrictions. When we went back to the hanger after our helicopter ride one of the staff was given the keys to a car and told to take us straight to Freshwater stationdeparture point for cable car where we had been booked onto the 11.00 am cable car, which meant we had sufficient time to do the 'round trip' The receptionist had gone to the trouble of sorting it all out for us. The company also refused to charge us for the 15 minute taxi ride to the cable car station . Talk about going the extra mile. Thank you so much. It was truly appreciated

Unfortunately rain into some weather problems but the staff was very accommodating and was able to get me on another heli at a later date before leaving the Carins area. Even though I was unable to fly over the reef, I was still given a private flight over the rain forest and treated like a VIP.
