Hello Suzanne. Thank you for your feedback. On teasing out the circumstances here with your booking it appears that our schedulers made an error. You are right, your private transfer should have been just for you. We have another agent who combines private transfers (somehow)it seems, and the scheduler confused you agent with that one. It was not Viatour's fault at all. If we had had another private vehicle that day at that moment, we would have sorted it for you, but unfortunately we didn't, only a bus. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience it caused you. We do hope you enjoyed your stay here despite this poor start.
