Om du funderar på att ta dig till Chichen Itza tidigt på morgonen baserat på titeln, skulle du ha fel. Det tar 2:30 timmar att komma dit. Dessutom var en försening på grund av interna och externa faktorer. Resan är dock helt värt det bara för Chichen Itza och cenoten. Lunchen på Cenote-platsen (Chichikan-cenote) var anständig. Besöket på samhällskooperativet var intressant men föremålen var mycket dyra. Besöket i Valladolid var tydligen obligatoriskt. Det gick snabbt men personligen skulle jag vilja hoppa över det.

Priset för denna turné är fantastiskt i jämförelse med andra som erbjuds och det gjorde ingen besviken. Vi hämtades snabbt från vårt hotell och hälsades av Julio vår representant. Bussen var bekväm, fällbara säten, toalett och hade bra luftkonditionering och en fantastisk förare. . vi älskade alla besökta platser och turnén kändes inte för lång eftersom den var väl fördelad. Lunchen som ingår i priset var riktigt trevlig, vi hade en så härlig dag och blev av med Av på vårt hotell i slutet. Tack - så mycket vi rekommenderar denna turné och kan inte skylla på det ett dugg! x

Hej hej, Coca Cola! Wow, vilken minnesvärd turné! Vi gjorde Chichen Itza, Cenote & Valladolid-turen med Cesar (reseguide) och Manuel (busschaufför) och det var inget annat än bra tider. All nödvändig information skickades till oss via e-post, dagar före turnén, vilket var fantastiskt. Bussen kom precis i tid under turnédagen och bussen var ny, ren och viktigast av allt hade kall luftkonditionering. När vi väl kom in i turnébussen möttes vi med några vänliga och genuina leenden. Cesar och Manuel gjorde oss välkomna! Åkturen på 2 - 3 timmar var inte dålig eftersom Cesar gjorde åkturen riktigt underhållande med sin fantastiska humor. Under hela turnén var Cesar väldigt rolig och informativ. Han var mycket specifik med informationen han gav oss och fick oss att känna oss säkra med informationen. Vi var underhöll hela tiden och en extra bonus var det gratis vattnet och den gratis buffén på cenoten, som var förvånansvärt bra. Om du letar efter ett reseföretag för Chichen Itza, leta inte längre, DET HÄR ÄR DEN! 5 STJÄRNOR!

Amazing experience!!! Really fantastic. one of most beautiful days of my life. Miriam, our guide, was so kind and extra helpful. We arrived in Chichen Itza at early morning and it was fantastic. The tour company Sat Mexico was very responsive, promptly confirmed my reservation and repeatedly reminded me of the pick-up time and location. Both the tour guide and the bus driver were experienced and professional. Thanks to their staying on top of things, time on the tour was well spent. There was good emphasis on a cultural experience, safety, being on time and thus respectful for follow travelers, and comfort. The guide explained well what to expect throughout the day and gave helpful recommendations. There were only good surprises on the tour.

We took the 1 day package with the sole goal of visiting Chichen Itza. We found our complaints matching to every other review for this tour. It felt the tour guide was a bit biased towards people of a certain ethnicity and being a POC I felt some different treatment as compared to other patrons The bus has less leg room and my leg was constantly up against the seat ahead and I'm an average height person The tour stops at a local business place, which I get it is to promote local economy. But that wasn't even on the itinerary. We also stop at a cenote which is quite bad / murky / overcrowded with every tourbus stopping there. The foods quite okay. We stop at Valledoid which like every other review, seems unnecessary but I get it , that it's to promote local economy. All this ends up to us spending so little time at Chichen Itza which is why me or possibly anyone else booked the tour for. We wouldve wanted to spend more time there.

Driver did not show up / Awful customer service

Terrible experience or should I say no experience at all and awful customer service. The pickup was scheduled at 7am when I made a reservation for next morning. Late in the evening, when we were already asleep, they have sent us a message that we need to be at pickup spot at 6:45am. Of course, we did not see it. We were at the spot at 6:56am, still earlier than the original pickup time. Can you imagine they told me later on that the driver has already left? They did not even wait till 7am. To be honest, I am quite sure driver did not even show up, because hotel staff said there was no one there. The worst part is that not operator, nor even Viator were any help at this. The worst customer service and what seems to be a complete scam. They replied to my initial money and refused to refund. When I inquired about rescheduling, they simply ignored. Now it will be too late to even reschedule (which it’s going to be too late for us to reschedule in any case, because their customer service is non responsive - I emailed them early morning on Friday and we leave on Tuesday. I doubt they will even reply back about rescheduling till Monday). This provider and Viator in general is a complete joke. Wasted $180, wasted time, a bunch of stress. Stay away from this.

Long day but totally worth it!

Our tour guides (Tino & Renee) were very knowledgeable and had great passion for Mayan history. We went to Chichen Itzá first and after an hour narrated tour he gave us an hour free time. Next we went to the cenote. Life vests are mandatory regardless of your ability so be prepared to rent one for 60 pesos. They gave us a great lunch with lots of options. On the way back we visited a small town for quick photos, free tequila tasting if you’d like. The tour guides were very kind, friendly, and funny, I would totally recommend this tour. Our day ended at about 7:30 pm.

Amazing experience full with knowledge

The guides were very knowledgeable. I enjoyed learning so much from them. Our driver, Genaro (I believe that’s his name), Norma and our other guide (I forget his name, sorry) were really good. All the stops were amazing. I would deff go back on tours with them. We did the tour on April 7, it was busy but they made sure we enjoyed every moment.

Great tour awful logistics

The chincin itza was amazing however we spent an hour picking up other passengers in a big coach and then dropped them off again first. Those passengers had a tour 2 hours shorter than ours for the same price which left a very bitter aftertaste to what otherwise was a excellent tour. We booked hotel pickup but were told at the last minute to go very early to a central point causing a lot of anxiety because we had no idea whether our tour was even happening. Organisation was not good

Average tour, but expensive

This was an average tour with many like it in the area. Some suggestions- 1. The price here is more expensive than the average people are paying. Try to find a cheaper option. 2. We had hotel pickup but it makes no sense if they pick you up first. If the meeting point is close by, choose that. 3. The pickup here said 7-8am but it was the wrong information. We had to change our morning plans due to wrong information. The path for this tour started from the Hotel zone and went North. So if you are south on the strip, you might be picked up first and then wait for an hour or so till the rest of the people are picked up. 4. Says 11 hours, but it took 13 hours before we were back. 5. They will sell you into tourist traps, just be wary of that. 6. Carry some breakfast/snacks as the first stop wasn't a proper breakfast facility and was extremely overpriced. 7. Negotiate the price of items near Chichen Itza. 8. The stop at Valladoid was useless, the only stop was a Tequila tasting shop stop with overpriced Tequila bottles. 9. Carry sunscreen and water as it gets really hot.
