Hi Sarah, thank you for your review and happy you enjoyed the activity, we also apologize for the transportation delay, please note that we DO NOT offer pick up service, we wanted to help you arranging and offered one with a transportation business per your request, we did it for your comfort without any profit for us, as all the payment was directly to the transportation business, we even waited last minute to help you arranging the service as you did not have your room number info that is required until midnight of the day of the activity, there was some issues delay with the transportation business but this totally apart from our operation, they still picked you up, informed the issue and we waited for you for the activity, if you want to rate a third party service I would suggest to do it to the right business, and finally we always recommend in advance take some anti-nauseas pills for preventing seasickness.
