De visade aldrig för vår 9 am hämtning. De hävdar att de inte hade upphämtningsplatsen, men det står tydligt på min biljett. Och jag sms:ade informationen under en timme innan jag hämtade den.

The tour guy was but it was too hot yo be outside in Dubai and he was rushing to do things cause I’d high temperature out side of the car

Good introduction to the sights of Dubai city

Afzan was our driver on this tour (there is no guide). He showed us the Marina, took us onto the Palm (across from Atlantis The Palm), and as close as we could get to photograph the Burj Al Arab. Also, the Dubai Frame. We were taken to the side of the Creek (the tour does not include any boat trip) and the outside of the Jumeirah Mosque. The Gold Souk was a gauntlet of merchants grabbing your hand and dragging you into their shops. When you get to the end, you exit and don't go back down, I assure you! Note that the Dubai museum at the Al Fahidi Fort is currently closed for renovation. A good introduction to Dubai for those with limited time in the city.

None was looking forward to the museum and the Fort Museum closed, didn’t get to fort. Guide took us to Iranian museum where all they wanted to do was sell us stuff. The Marina was boring as was the beach. Our guide was a nice guy but a driver, not a guide. Very disappointing for Viator

I enjoyed seeing all the beautiful Architecture and the friendliness of the people. I didn’t get to go to the Infinity Pool and the Dubai Mall. Some of my group went and they enjoyed.

Great overview of the city by well informed tour guide. Will pick you up and drop you off at your selected location in comfortable ride. Great way to see everything and decide where you want to go later to spend more time.

Disappointing. Little information about Dubai. Very poor timekeeping. Driver and 3 Indian passengers spoke mostly in their own languages. Elderly British lady alone.

Worst experience ever.The 4-5 hours lasted around 3 at the most.If you look at the tour highlights, we reached none of them! Not even ONE! Quite a record in itself...1.Visit the Burj El Arab?? A photo from the entrance to the faux souk,no visit,we never even got close.2.The Grand Mosque?? No way. It was " closed". Get close for a photo pls?? Not possible, traffic, parking etc. 3.Bastikya neighborhood,possible, but if so,we just drove thru. 4.The Dubai Museum, closed, we never saw it from the outside either.5.Exploring the textile markets,the gold souk etc- we were told these are "behind those buildings", but no visiting at all.The only thing that is true from their ad is that you do pay $55( i suggest a good dinner instead), and that its an AC vehicle.Absolute disaster.There was no guide,just a driver.

Very informative tour. We enjoyed all the way. Interesting to navigate from the OLD to the MODERN Dubai. Mr. Suleman is very knowledgeable and well informed about the City and its history. Tour was delivered as planned. we were picked-up and dropped at the hotel.

We were collected on time at our hotel in an air-conditioned mini coach. About 10 passengers total. Tour guides spoken English could have been much better. Finding about the history at the Dubai museum, history interesting, as was Dubai Creek, Souks, Palm Jumeirah,Seeing the top Dubai sights including the Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Mosque, and Atlantis, The Palm hotel, and explore Deira’s Gold Souk and Spice Souk Photo stop by the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building Take a tour you could never see all this independently.

Nous avions réservé cette excursion essentiellement pour la visite de la mosquée Jumeirah. Au final, un arrêt photo, et l'on nous dit que pour visiter, il faut acheter des tickets sur internet. Dommage car le reste de la visite était agréable et le guide sympathique.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment avec notre guide, Suleman. Il nous a fait découvrir la ville et son histoire, le tout, de manière personnalisée. Il a joué au photographe pour nous, avec d’excellents points de vue. Il a su se montrer disponible et a adapté la visite en fonction de l’endroit où nous souhaitions être déposés à la fin de celle ci. Nous recommandons !!!!
