Xfer Ok, men föraren hostar konstant hela resan. Han borde ha burit en mask, eller stannat hemma om han verkligen var sjuk.

Föraren kommunicerade via What's App och kom över direkt när vi kom tidigt. Han pekade ut landmärken på vägen till hotellet och var mycket vänlig. Skåpbilen var fläckfri! Bra sätt att överföra från kryssningshamnen.

Använde denna tjänst för en transfer från kryssningshamn till hotell i Dubai. Bra service vi var ute väldigt tidigt och de såg till att vi blev hämtade snabbt även om vi var väldigt tidiga för vår planerade hämtning. All personal var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam och tog hand om oss.

Företaget Orient tours skickade föraren till fel kryssningsterminal. Även om de hade släppt oss till rätt terminal en vecka tidigare. Sedan ville de debitera oss ytterligare 200 för att hämta oss, Costa Cruises ordnade en transfer för oss till vårt hotell för 4 passagerare till palm för 50. Uppenbarligen kontrollerade företaget aldrig var fartyget lade till eftersom terminalen de skickade föraren till hade varit stängd sedan januari detta var mitten av mars 2022.

We would like to share our point of view here: We remember our driver waiting at Dubai's Port Rashid Cruise Terminal, which indeed is still operational with many cruise ships docking there. Our driver waited for more than half an hour, not able to locate you. We tried calling on your mobile and when we eventually were able to talk to you, we found out that you were waiting at the new terminal. However, your booking request had mentioned the old terminal and therefore, we have provided the service for you as per your booking information. We had further informed you that we will send the driver to the other port, which will take around 30min to reach and that for the extra service we asked to collect 200AED (bot Pound) from you. We regret that we were not able to provide the transfer but unfortunately, we can not agree that this was our mistake. For any one booking a transfer with us in future from one of the cruise liners, we suggest to double-check at which port your cruise liner will be docked to avoid similar issues with our future clients. It was wonderful to get picked up after the cruise, it was quite warm so we didn’t have to wait long. The Dubai cruise terminal is huge and disembarkation was well organised. Bear in mind though, the driver may pull up at the other terminal about a 5min walk to your right, so make sure you have contact details just in case.

Very professional driver. He had been held up for about 20-30 minutes at the checkpoint entrance to the Port of Dubai. We were in contact with the Tour company that assured us the driver was at the Port of Dubai. He was driving an extremely clean Lexus. Took us to our hotel, but could not find it as it was inside the Dubai International Airport. Stopped at another hotel across from Terminal 3 of Airport. Found out the hotel room at the International Airport Hotel would not be available when we needed it. We chose to stay in the new found hotel. They offered great service, courteous treatment and because room was ready. Great choice, and thanks to the efforts of the Viator driver. There is no fail when Viator is your guide in a foreign country.

Such a smooth transfer from Port to Jumeriah Palm Hotel. Met on time in the Port Rashid arrivals. Friendly, courteous driver, very clean modern vehicle. Well worth the cost, no waiting for taxis or getting on crowded transfer buses.

We arrived early off the ship for almost an hour before our pick up time. I made a call to Orient Tours to try and get a earlier pick up. They were very accommodating and was able to pick us up. Nice and clean van. Great driver.

The real snag with this is that even tho booked through Viator, a tour group in Dubai was responsible for the transfer. I had re-requested at new pick up time for 8:30 through Viator and they sent an email verifying that request. The only problem was that it was not relayed to the tour group on Dubai, thus we waited at the port outside in the heat for an extra 30 minutes until the driver arrived on the scene, which made a close call to get to our hotel and our private tour at 10 AM. The driver was unaware of the change and did not apologize for the misunderstanding.
