Vår turné bokades klockan 8 och företaget skickade ett meddelande till mig vid midnatt och bad om extra för en 4 x 4 även om det var vad som annonseras. Vi betalade dubbelt för detta. Besökare vi vill ha en återbetalning. Resan inte som beskrivet

Bra sätt att se Dubai på en begränsad tid

Vi hade en tvångsstopp i Dubai på grund av att Emirates ändrade våra flygtider. Eftersom vi aldrig varit i Dubai förut och ville ha en snabb överblick över staden, bestämde vi oss för att boka denna privata turné. Vår guide Rijad var underbar och förklarade för oss om stadens historia och hur det är för honom och hans familj som bor där. Vi började turnén med att resa på en av de små träbåtarna över floden och tillbaka igen med stopp vid en turistmarknad. Vi hade ytterligare ett stopp på några fler marknader där vi besökte en krydderhandlare. Butiken var fantastisk och jag är säker på att priserna skulle ha varit konkurrenskraftiga, men eftersom vi bara började vår semester och inte kan ta matvaror tillbaka till Australien så köpte vi ingenting. Vi besökte också guld souk. Vi var ganska varma då och Rijad köpte oss en läcker kall juice, vilket verkligen uppskattades. Vi körde sedan till och parkerade vid Burj Khalifa köpcentrum och promenerade för att bläddra i förvån över världens högsta byggnad. Vi körde sedan till köpcentret intill Hotel Burj Al Arab Jumeirah och stannade för ett par bilder. Slutligen körde vi till ringvägen runt "palmöarna". Vid det stadiet var vi båda ganska utmattade och var glada över att komma tillbaka till hotellet. Tack Rijad för en minnesvärd dag.

The creek ride to the Souks and the attention of the guide was excellent Shopping advice and options galore. Attention for my physically challenged guests was considerable and deeply appreciated.

In the Viator description, a 4WD car was mentioned, before starting, the office wanted to have 100 USD extra charge for a 4WD. After resolving this, the originally 6 h tour was reduced to 4 h together with 50 USD extra charge per hour. The driver was very friendly and competent but we advised to stop the tour after 4 h to avoid extra charges. Also for ~ 1h out of the 4 h was spent just for shopping (gold, herpes), even if we had mentioned before that we just want "look". Excitng city but some room for improvement for the tour operator.

Our driver Rijad contacted us by WhatsApp which was great, all arrangements were made prior to our arrival. He was a little late (10 mins) but we still got all of our time plus he dropped us off at our next tour! He was fun, informative and was just excited to take us all over Dubai to see all the wonderful sights. He even got us on one of the palm leafs, that was definitely a highlight. We were comfortable, he got us water, he carried our bags - a gentleman for sure.

We had a great day tour of Dubai with Rijad! We opted for a private full day tour visiting the old souks as well as the modern marvels! Rijad was wonderful - on time for our hotel pickup, educated, kind, accommodating, and passionate about his work. We learned so much and enjoyed our day! Thanks Rijad!

Nice to have a customized trip around the city. Our “guide” was more of a driver, not a tour guide. He did not give us historical information about the sites.

We had booked a 4 hour tour with the option of additional hours. The tour was so bad we asked to be taken to the hotel after 3 1/2 hours. No communication on what was happening. After being picked up at the port 30 mins after our scheduled pick up time we were taken to the palace and then driven down to Dubai creek for a ferry ride across the creek. Since there was no parking we were dropped off by the ferry and waited 15 mins for our guide to return. We rode the ferry which was very interesting then were completely rushed through the market on the other side of the creek to take the ferry back across. Then we were off to the spice and gold market where we were again pushed through so quick we could not even look at anything. at the end the gold market the guide asked us to wait a minute, he disappeared for about 15 minutes while we were just hanging around in one spot, he walked us back to the beginning of the market and asked us to wait 10 minutes while he got the car. He returned 50 minutes later to pick us up. Once in the car he drove by and pointed out where the car was parked which was less than a 5 minute walk. That was the end of our tour. When the guide dropped us off he mentioned that he wished he had had time to show us some property because his main job was in real estate and he know we had vacation rentals in the state [despite the fact we told him at least 10 times we were not interested in purchasing property over seas.] He insisted if we saw something we would change our mind.

Rijad is a great host and it was very nice with him on the souk. The driver could have given more informations while driving through Dubai from one hotspot to another. It was a relaxed time in Dubai visiting f.e. The Palm, gold and spice souk and other Hotspots

I arranged a private tour for my parents having used Viator before on a tour to Italy. They were very impressed with Rijad's knowledge of the history of Dubai and its landmarks. It was their first visit to Dubai and he made sure the tour was personalised to their interests and preferences. He assisted them in sorting out a trip on the tram to the Palm and also shopping areas for my mum. Great and prompt communication via WhatsApp and emails. I would definitely recommend the tour as the guide. He made my parents feel comfortable and we'll settled during the tour.

We had only 4 hours for the tour in Dubai. Our tour guide picked us at the airport. There is an extra $25 fee for airport pickup which was not communicated to us until the day of the travel. That was the only negative. But the rest of the tour is really good. Our guide was very helpful to get us the snacks for kids and show all the places. We did cover the market, mall, Burj Khalifa, Burj al Arab - only photo. He left us back at airport. It was super hot at 105F in July.

Nach kleinen Startschwierigkeiten nahm unsere Tour schnell Fahrt auf. Unser Guide Rjad Ahmad hatte manchen Geheimtipp, fand im Verkehrschaos immer die richtige Spur und einen Parkplatz und schaute nicht auf die Uhr. Am Ende waren wir fast 7 Stunden unterwegs. Fazit: tolle Tour mit sehr viel Spaß
