Soluppgång i Dubai!

En fantastisk soluppgångsupplevelse! Luftballong är alltid en autentisk upplevelse eftersom den tar oss till flygets ursprung! Luftballong i Dubai är en unik upplevelse där man får se soluppgången vid ökenhorisonten. tillbringade cirka 45 minuter i luften innan den landade smidigt tack vare erfarenhetskaptenen! det enda som saknas är champagnen och firandet därefter. fortfarande en rekommenderad aktivitet för dem som vill ha ett annat perspektiv på Dubai.

Detta var en magisk upplevelse! ! Jag var så nervös först att kaptenen och besättningen gjorde mig lugn. De var super uppmärksamma och experter på det. Också glad att de påminde oss om att bära varma kläder. Egentligen en kappa idealisk, mitt i efterrätten kall. Ta med något som täcker huvudet också, värmen från elden i luftballongen var allvarlig. Försök att stå ifrån det.

Fantastisk upplevelse! Det var bara 7 av oss i ballongkorgen inklusive piloten. Alla som klagar på landningen borde bara inte gå det är inte traumatiskt men kan vara en stor tuff men vad förväntar du dig du vet hur det känns när ett plan landar ungefär och det här är en ballong utan pauser så ni kan föreställa er men jag älskade varje andra av det till och med landningen! Vi gjorde inte VIP-frukostalternativet (önskar att vi hade det) men de hade fortfarande vatten, kaffe och toaletter tillgängliga före flygningen när du skrev på dina undantag. De har ett alternativ att köpa hela flygvideon från deras GoPro för 200 och vi skulle ha älskat att köpa den men där vi placerades var den vänd mot ryggen och spelade in ett annat par hela tiden så det hade inte varit mycket för minnen men min man och jag skrattade hur vi hoppas att det andra paret åtminstone köpte den. Du får se hela luftballongen ställas in från början till slut & soluppgången var också fantastisk! Plus att vi såg massor av kameler och även gaseller. Inte för gravida kvinnor eller personer med ryggproblem på grund av landningen och snabbt behöva klättra i korgen när ballongen väl har blåsts upp.

Vi hämtades från hotellet klockan 04.00 för att fira mina partners 30:e födelsedag. Perfekt i tid. Reste in i öknen i cirka 45 minuter för att få vår säkerhetsbriefing och te/kaffe/vatten serverades på Sindbad varmluftsballonglägret. Mycket informativ och de låter dig veta exakt vad du kan förvänta dig. Vi körde sedan ytterligare 10 minuter in i öknen till platsen för ballongerna som sätts upp, på vägen tittar du till vänster och ser en enorm drönarbelysningsskärm som visar luftballonger/kameler etc, trevligt lite extra att lägga till upplevelsen . Vi såg sedan när ballongerna förbereddes och fylldes med luft som förberedelse för att de skulle lyfta, verkligen fantastiska att se och massor av fotomöjligheter som ser otroliga ut i mörkret. Väl ombord lyfte vi upp i den mörka himlen och steg till 4000 fot, med de mest fantastiska vyerna och den mest fridfulla atmosfären någonsin! Piloten var mycket informativ och älskade att svara på alla frågor vi kastade på honom. Klockan 6:20 upplevde vi den mest overkliga soluppgången någonsin och jag gick ner på ett knä och friade till min fästman, som sa ja. Piloten startade firandet och innan vi visste ordet av var de andra 18 passagerarna ombord alla med och klappade och hejade. Vyerna är fantastiska och det var så speciellt att se vilda kameler och vilda oryx ströva omkring i öknen.

Woonderful experience from pick up to drop off. Awesome staff and pilot gave briefing on safety rules and history regarding hot air ballons. The briefing allowed me knowledge and safety. What an amazing view at 4000 feet seeing the sunrise. Kidos to pilot for a safe landing even with the bumps and turn over . The crew were at the landing to assist of out of the basket. I would definately take another ballon ride... my next trip Greece! Great company that confirmed prior to trip with detailed instructions. Coffee and water provided was great before take off. I recommend when you in Dubai!!!!

Wow what a perfect morning we had. No wind, sunny day, gorgeous sunrise over the mountains. Book this trip. We opted out of the breakfast and camel ride being we just did a camel ride in Egypt. Excellent company. They picked us up, explained the safe guidelines and had us practice for landing. Very well run and safe organization.

Breathtaking but Traumatic Experience

A breathtaking flight offset by a very rough and unsafe landing. I would have given the tour a 5 star had it not been the safety concerns. There were two landings - the first was unsuccessful and we had to re-lived the horror through a second one. The second landing was equally rough resulting in personal belongings damaged or falling off and some passengers (including me) with minor injuries. Some recommendations to the tour operator: 1) Please review the age limit for children. A young child was crying in horror after the first landing. 2) Provide a comprehensive safety briefing. If this is not possible on-site due to time constrains, then at least a comprehensive email on safety along with diagrams etc. There was zero demonstration on landing procedures apart from cursory overview on the possible landing scenarios. The tour operator should also inform passengers to safekeep our belongings at landing and wear appropriate clothings to reduce risk of lacerations. 3) Limited concern was shown to the passengers after the landings. I am not saying that the tour operator needs to accept responsibility but the pilot needs to show concern and offer assistance. This is an area where additional training is needed. I am not able to comment on the pilot's skill of as this is my first balloon ride, but willing to give the benefit of doubt in view of the high wind speed. 4) Finally, if the tour is considered a higher risk activity, then both tour operator and platform (Trip adviser/Viator) needs to highlight this clearly before confirming the trip and perhaps advise participants to take up insurance. Participants cannot be made to sign a disclaimer form on-site 10 minutes before the flight. Noone will appreciate the risk at that time ! Overall a breathtaking but ultimately traumatic first balloon experience.

Dear Valued Customer, We are rerally sorry to hear about that and we really apologies for the inconvenience caused. We know that the clarification is not enough for this but we only need to update that hot air balloon always flying as per weather conditions and as per our investigation the weather was changed on that day suddenly which caused the bumpy landing usually and the pilot was successfully landed at first try but the wind doesn't allowed him to keep on ground so he had to go up again and then land. Our pilots are really professional and they are very aware about these weather conditions and how to land. We are sincerely apologies once again and we wish to welcome you once agian when the weather will be perfect so you may enjoy this wonderful ride easily.

Great experience with the balloon ride. Was organized and on time. Not much conversation with the driver or any explanation from him, but all relevant information was given by the pilot. Bathrooms were filthy.
