Was very excited about the tour when I read the activity name and itinerary however, it was just a touch and go of either dropping us off at places a short period of time or letting us know what a certain landmark is from the car - with no historical background provided. Didnt even explore much of the old dubai. Felt that the trip was a waste and maybe the Hop on and Off bus would have been better. Do not recommend this.

I've given a 5* review even though we didn't actually go on the trip. Due to extremely rain fall the trip didn't go ahead which was quite disappointing but couldn't be helped. The trip organisers 'Ocar Knight' kept in touch constantly with weather updates. We we're able to go up the Burj Khalifa to the 124 - 125 floor which was amazing, these tickets were not refundable so we made the trip ourselves on the metro (excellent system & so easy). We have received a full refund for the Old & Modern Dubai city tour, absolutely no fuss refund & excellent communication from Oscar Knight, thx so much 😃👍

The tour guide Imran was very knowledgeable about Dubai and took time to show us many interesting sites. Viewing Palm Island was the highlight, and we are glad he recommended we take the extra time to visit the viewing platform.

My husband and I were the only people on this interesting and comprehensive tour of Dubai. The car arrived punctually and was beautifully clean and airconditioned. Our Guide, Imran , was amazing, and he took great care of us in the heat, His extensive knowledge of Dubai history and culture taught us so much. The tour covered all the must see sights in Dubai and included a Mosque visit, an Abra boat ride across Dubai Creek, the Souks, and Atlantis the Palms. I highly recommend this trip and particularly the Guide, Imran.

The half day sightseeing tour was memorable. Our guide IMRAN was so knowledgeable about the history of Dubai. He pointed out all the historical sites and we learned a lot! He had patience and also helped us take pretty awesome pictures.

Not a particularly good option to see Dubai

This was a cursory overview of Dubai. It was basically a taxi ride around the city with the guide performing drop-off and pick-up services. Time at sites of interest ranged from 15-45 minutes. Since we were left on our own, there was no value other than the car, of which we has no discretion with regards to stop and take pictures. I would not waste money on this particular venue.

Our guide, Waseem, was an excellent guide. He gave us alot of history and information which was very helpful. The only problem was he never got out of the car. I understand there may not be anywhere to park but when you pay for a guided tour you should get a guided tour. We did not enjoy the spice market at all. The vendors were way too aggressive. You couldn't stop and even look at anything. So we went across the street and took a boat ride. Imagine our surprise when we , later looked over what was offered with the tour and found we were to get a boat ride as part of our tour. Waseem did get us to places that were not yet crowded so we could enjoy each stop. It was a good tour to see the city.
