However, we take this matter very seriously and Upon investigation, it has come to our attention that the guest didn’t follow the guide instructions and itinerary,
preferring to create their own schedule. Consequently, our guide had to repeat the same route twice, in the middle of the tour they decide to changed their route from Emirates Palace to Yas Circle,
There were two people there drop down at yas cercle. For the remaining four people, they returned to the original starting point near Emirates Palace to finish the tour ( as they have tickets qsar al watan ) which is a distance of around 40 kilometers.
And once again the driver has to come back to yas cercle to collect the 2 people,
While this may not be our original itinerary, we are still committed to doing it for the guest satisfaction without any charge.( Not taken extra money )
For a successful professional city tour, it is essential to follow the guide's instructions or itinerary.
The guides have extensive knowledge and expertise regarding the location, duration, information, and itinerary, He possess more than 6 years of professional experience with this profession..
However, the guests chose to do the complete opposite itinerary.
We devoted all our efforts to delight our guests, but unfortunately, we were unable to do so this time. Customer feedback is important to us, both positive and negative, as it aids in our growth and improvement.
