Mycket underväldigande upplevelse. Väldigt lite eller ingen förklaring av vad resplanen var. Vi släpptes av i ett buggyområde och översvämmades av lokala säljare. Dune bashing var bra. Middagen var mycket genomsnittlig och jag skulle inte kalla det 5-stjärnigt. Servitörerna var mycket uppmärksamma men kunde inte riktigt hjälpa mycket. De visste inte skillnaden mellan grönt eller kamomillte. Underhållarna var riktigt bra och gjorde upplevelsen mer barbar. Jag tror att det för de flesta skulle vara en trevlig upplevelse om de inte har upplevt den här kulturen tidigare, men att annonsera som en 5-stjärnig upplevelse är en enorm sträcka.

En av ett slag attraktion. Inte att missa för en exotisk arabisk upplevelse. Det finns hästar och kameler att rida och över 5 musik- och dansföreställningar i toppklass att njuta av. Crown Plaza buffémenyvalen var övergivna och kvaliteten på maten utsökt.

Not 5 Star - Not comfortable

I agree with other feedback it is not 5 star food, some dishes were very dry and unappetising, suggest changing to something more fitting like “varied buffet items” forget the 5 star better to under promise then over deliver. The driver had no personality and hardly spoke, for a customer facing role interacting with guests it was not good. We were told we would be rotated for the seating (5 guests in the vehicle) but “1” passenger was allowed to have the front seat the entire trip!! The dune bashing was great, however the drivers aggressive, and at times reckless and erratic driving on the highways beeping and pushing other vehicles like there was a national state of emergency was frankly scary and not comfortable at all. Please note - If you have had a knee, hip or leg injury/surgery trying to climb into the very back seats of the Toyota Land cruiser is difficult and there is absolutely no leg room to stretch your legs out. All and all not recommend and not worth the money!

Overall, the tour was fun. The dancers were very good and talented! But, the camel ride was a very small circle, not in a line through the desert. The food was average. I would pick a different tour next time.

OMG, what an amazingly awesome day! Our guide Abdul.M was beyond outstanding! He made every part of our experience absolutely great. The buggy driving and luxury vehicle desert rides were unforgettable. Then the dinner and show afterwards were 5 Star. The entire experience exceeded our expectations.

Must do in Dubai!

We loved it! We are senior citizens and were able to do everything. Dune bashing by 4x4, quad dune buggy, horse and camel rides. Had a blast! The venue was gorgeous. The entertainment was amazing! Fire eater, belly dancer, whirling dancers, and more! The food was very, very good and OMG there was SO much food. Many other companies but this one is the best. Ahmed was our driver, loved him!

Our driver did not “ entertain and educate you on the ways of the Middle East.”. We stopped at an area not included in our tour, then wanting us to buy other activities. When no one wanted to do anything, we still had to wait around 20 minutes before we could leave.

Lot's of fun and laughs. A must do when in Dubai. Lot's of communication as to when we were going to be picked up from our Hotel. We also got to do the quad bikes. Great 4wd in desert with wonderful photo's opportunities of the setting sun. It was very hot the evening we went at dinner time. Lots of foid choices. It was everything I excepted, horse and camel ride, henna hand painting etc.. Great watching all the entertainment.

I would like to give my very disappointing feedback about this tour. I booked and paid for this safari tour according to the information provided by your website. However, the actual tour was far from it. First, the pickup time was about 4:30 pm. It took the driver about 70 minutes to get to the meeting point and we had to wait for 40 minutes until the sand Four wheel driving. Then after the FWD which was about 20 minutes, it took about 30 minutes to get to the campsite for the dinner and the show. We got there just after 7 pm. Half of the food that is shown on your website was NOT on the menu. So we spend approx 90 minutes on the campsite as we were told we had to leave about 9 pm. By the time we got to the Hotel, it was 10 pm. So what I want to understand is how this works out approx 7 hours as per your website. On top of all this, we did not enjoy any food as we were interupted continuously by the staff to purchase either the photos or other items every 2 minutes. We had booked the same type of experience in the past for ¼ of what we paid and they were honestly 10 times better than this. Total driving time (excluding sand driving) was about 2.5 hours out of 5.5 hours of the tour time. In summary, this was far from a luxury tour as per your advertisement. This was a total waste of our time that we could have spent doing other activities.

Fun in the UAE Desert

This was a wonderful afternoon and evening! Thanks to Jeyer, our guide/driver, who answered all of our questions and showed is a wonderful time. The drive to the desert was almost as interesting as the tour itself (seeing the UAE countryside)! He was very caring and worked to keep us comfortable, despite the heat. And he’s a great driver in the dunes and took us to spots where we could get beautiful photos. The brief interaction with the hawk, and camel and horse rides were entertaining and we got some great family photos that we are glad we purchased. The food was good and the entertainment, in particularly the whirling, was remarkable. Don’t miss doing this! Glad we chose it as our desert experience.
