I'm very sorry for not contacting you in the past few days. I cannot go into details and give you the reason why.
I did everything I could from where I was, which was not in Firenze, but 2 hours away.
Unfortunately it is not the first time that a similar case has happened and I did everything in my power to solve the problem.
Kristin did a great job and when she put the car on charge, my phone told me it was charging, if it had been the other way around I would have told her right then and there.
