Vi väntade i en kö i en timme och blev nästan avvisade eftersom det var nära att stänga. Jag är glad att jag köpte en hoppa över kön-biljett! !

Dear client, You came late at the meeting point as the closing time of cathedral is 4:00 your reservation was at 3:00 but you came at 3:35. We have mentioned you have to come 10 mins before the reserved time. And our representative guided you at the spot where to go, there are two lines one is general which is actually long and takes time and the other one is shorter which is for priority entrance, you wrongly went to to general one and got stuck there.

Jag ger folket på Viator 5 enorma stjärnor eftersom deras kille på plats var trevlig nog att träffa oss långt efter vår förplanerade mötestid när förmildrande omständigheter gjorde att vi kom för sent. Vi uppskattade verkligen den flexibiliteten och förståelsen. När det gäller Duomo själv, om jag var tvungen att göra det igen skulle jag göra en guidad tur för utan den verkade det inte värt inträdesavgiften och planeringen.

Jag rekommenderar starkt denna hoppa över kö-upplevelsen. Min man och jag bestämde oss för att köpa pass bara några timmar innan vår turné. Keys to Wonder gjorde ett fantastiskt jobb! Jag skickade ett meddelande till dem för att se om vi kunde få våra biljetter tidigt. Inom några minuter ringde Leonardo mig och levererade våra biljetter. Förutom att han var otroligt lyhörd tog han sig tid att ge min man och jag expertråd och bra tips. Jag ville först bestiga Duomo, men alla dessa biljetter var slutsålda; dock tycker jag att detta var ännu bättre! Med den här rundturen kunde vi gå upp i klocktornet och fick sedan en fantastisk utsikt över Duomo + inuti tillgång till katedralen. Den övergripande upplevelsen var fantastisk!

Hello kelle, We have already mentioned and told you it will take 5 to 10 mins to get in. The general line takes upto 45 mins to 1 hour to get in. Everybody have to cross the security check and it takes a bit time. So everybody who have the priority entrance ticket must have to wait for their turn but it doesn't takes more than 10 mins.

Biljetterna vi fick ( 10 ) kunde vi inte komma in i utställningen på lägre nivå eftersom skötaren sa att de användes dagen innan. När vi berättade för skötaren att vi fick biljetterna via Viator sa hon att företaget är en bluff.

Våra biljetter som gavs till oss av vår guide var inte giltiga. Vid skanningspunkten sa de att biljetterna hade gått ut och att de användes dagen innan. Vi förklarade att vi precis fått dem från Viator men de ville inte släppa in oss. Jag ringde kontaktnumret på vår biljettinformation för guiden men han svarade inte. Vi gick tillbaka till upphämtningsplatsen och han var inte längre där. Jag blev lurad på den här

Möjligheten att hoppa över kön var ovärderlig. Även om vår guide var härlig var lite tråkig och monoton så vi kom på att vi stängde av efter ett tag.

han var sen; så bli inte förvånad om du inte kan hitta honom först! i princip bara ger dig en biljett och skär sedan inför alla och går därifrån. inget officiellt. kunde inte ens komma in eftersom du inte kan visa dina axlar/ben - klä dig på samma sätt som du skulle göra om du skulle till Vatikanen.

While we skipped the big, huge line, still had to wait to get in on the skip the line tour. That was made up for by our awesome tour guide (I am so sorry I forgot her name). She was spectacular! She grew up in Florence and had personal memories of the Doumo from her childhood. Couldn’t have been happier with the tour!

Get in line early for free and save your money

We skipped the line, but we were under the impression that we were getting a tour and had access to the entire inside, only to find out. It was just someone holding a sign who was standing in line early and had us all go in and left. Everyone there was a little dumbfounded

This tour is a scam. The Domo is free to get in and there are areas that cost in addition such as the crypt or if you want to go to the tower. We picked this specific tour because it was suppose to be “Skip the line” unfortunately this was very untrue. We waited in a line for anbout 45 minutes which defeated the purpose of purchasing this tour. Our “tour guide” had no badge or any identification. All he had was printed image of “viator” which anyone could have printed. He proceeded to tell us numerous times he would not be going inside with us which is fine but the odd part was that he refused to give us our tickets. Which now we know there are no tickets to give because the Domo was free and we were in fact not in a skip the line. It’s unfortunate for those of us that have traveled many miles for this “company” to take advantage of us. I hope viator really looks into this “company” and refunds me. Our entire group has emailed a complaint some booked through booking.com. Be aware!

Dear Client, Your statement is different than the actual situation. You wanted to go to coupla climb and crypt and we have already wrote these things in the activity detail that its not included. This activity is just to take you inside the cathedral from shorter and quicker line which needs a ticket. The Free entrance always have too much long line and takes approximately 2 hours to get in. We have already refunded you the amount as you said on spot you reserved wrong activity even after taking your refund you are writing it as scam but its not. you just have to read carefully the activity details before you book it so you don’t face such situation next time. It was great skipping the line. It would have been helpful if the person who got us into the line had a bigger sign. Tough connecting.

The Duomo in Florence is beautiful and unbelievable to see!

The Duomo is a stunning building! The detail in the architecture and the statues on it is incredible!! Entrance to the Duomo is free. But the lines are incredibly long, even the very first thing in the morning! We didn't want to spend a whole day standing in line when we could do several things. This Skip-the-line option is well worth the price! We showed up at the scheduled time and within minutes were inside. Don't miss the chance to see this amazing structure!!

Easy to find rep to collect tickets, fast track meant no queuing and we went straight in. Once inside able to go off and explore on our own.

We could not find the Viator rep initially, required us to ‘call the tour operator’ via the app. Everything was fine once we got the tickets, but it was a stressful 20 minutes trying to figure out if we missed the tour/where our tickets were.
