Förvrängde turnén och inneslutningarna

Vi bokade turnén eftersom det lät fantastiskt på Viator/trip advisor men vi upptäckte snart att det som representerades för oss inte var korrekt och turnén inkluderade inte inträde eller inträde i några byggnader, gårdar eller privata gångar etc. När vi sökte en förklaring från "Accord" researrangören sa de “ Översiktsbeskrivningen är skriven av Viator copywriters, inte av vår researrangör, samma sak när det gäller reklam för denna turné så om du vill vidarebefordra ett klagomål kan du göra det direkt med deras kundtjänst” Så de medgav inte bara att annonseringen och beskrivningen av deras turné på Viator var fel, de försökte ta avstånd och inte hedra dessa representationer, vilket var anledningen till att vi bokade turnén. Vidare verkar det som om de inte kommer att rätta till felaktiga framställningar i framtiden. Så i huvudsak betalade vi ett premiumpris för att gå förbi historiska byggnader. Den enda räddande nåden var Mark vår reseguide som var underbar, passionerad och gjorde sitt bästa under obekväma omständigheter. Min rekommendation är att inte boka denna turné. Gör din forskning, håll dig borta från Viator och Accord och gå med en lokal direktreseguide. Vi tror att vi är rimliga människor och när vi kontaktade researrangören avvisade de vårt klagomål och bekymmer och vi tror att det är viktigt att framtida turister är medvetna om att det som representeras inte är vad du får.

Dear Megan, Thank you for the time you dedicated to us and for the opportunity to improve that your review provides. First of all, we regret that your experience was not entirely positive, and we are encouraged by the fact that our guide, Marco, was so kind and helpful. However, I would like to clarify some facts that I believe are the reason for this misunderstanding. The tour you purchased is a walk through the streets of Florence accompanied by our expert and capable guide, who, while walking along the specially designed route, describes the points of interest encountered. Most of the attractions are squares and bridges where there is no entrance ticket; some, however, are palaces, such as Palazzo Pitti, but nowhere in the product description do we mention entry to any of these places. Our mistake was to describe the tickets for various points of the itinerary as "free," which is true for all the points of interest described in the itinerary except for the last one, Palazzo Pitti. Apart from this oversight, I believe it is also common sense to understand that the tour lasts 2 hours, so how could it be possible to enter and visit all the palaces encountered? It takes at least 2 hours just to visit Palazzo Pitti. I want to clarify that we have never blamed the excellent copywriters at Viator since the oversight was on our part. It's not true that we said we didn't want to change the wording, which could be misleading, given that as soon as we discovered the error, we promptly updated it. We can make mistakes; no one is perfect, but we certainly have no intention of scamming or misleading. You write as if the entire product description was written to deceive and promise false things when, in fact, it was an error on our part that simply concerns a single, small point. I renew our regret for the misunderstanding and for not being able to make your visit more enjoyable, but I consider it exaggerated to describe Viator and us as deceivers for a small mistake that we promptly corrected thanks to your feedback. I hope that, in light of this explanation, you can reconsider your review with a few more "stars." Sincerely, ACCORD Team

Fantastisk vandringstur i Florens

Vi hade en fantastisk tid, Marcelo var informativ, rolig och förtjusande. Han delade så mycket kunskap med oss och tempot var bra. Efter att ha besökt Florens tidigare fanns det så många byggnader vi passerade och aldrig visste något om dem, och nu gör vi det. Min enda önskan var att jag gjorde detta på dag ett och inte vår sista dag, eftersom han gav så många andra platser att utforska. Högt rekommenderad!

A splendid De Medici-tour through Firenze

Our tour was beyond any expectation! We had a fantastic guide, Lisa, and we were, moreover, very lucky because no one else had signed in for this tour, so we got a private tour! Lisa walked with us from Piazza San Marco to the Palacio Pitti and built hence in a very structured and clear way the story of the Medici family. For every question we had, she had a clear answer. She talked very well English and was always concerned about our well being (shade/sun!) and our well understanding of her story. Just wonderful! For more than two hours we were under the spell of the Medici family and Lisa! She was splendid from the first till the last minute! As a teacher of guides and tour leaders, I can say that she would graduate in our guides training cum laude! Congratulations, Lisa, you're doing perfectly!
