Captain Ramiro was an excellent guide. The description of the trip was accurate. We had a beautiful day on the water! I read multiple reviews on multiple types of boats before booking. This was a laid back experience, exactly what I wanted. It wasn’t a party boat but there was still music and drinking!

What an amazing day! Nacho was our skipper and was absolutely wonderful. My 5 friends and I were looking for a relaxing, fun and adventurous day in the water - this experience was everything and more. Nacho explained our attentive route for the day - weather and safety permitting and luckily for us it ended up being a beautiful day. Played good music and we didn’t have a worry in the world. Highly recommend!

One of the best trips to experience the wonderful beaches and restaurants in Formentera. The trip is very well organised allowing you to relax while sunbathing, swimming at sea or chatting with your new friends on the catamaran. Special mention to Mr Nacho, your skipper, who made us feel at ease during the tour. Highly recommended!

Hello, indeed, we would like to give you a feedback on our boat trip to Formentera.
We do not hide from you that we are very disappointed. We had chosen this excursion to go by boat to the beach of Ses illetes on the day of our friend's birthday. However, we discovered in spite of ourselves, and once arrived in Formentera, that we would not be doing the route stated in the description of the excursion.
Indeed, we sailed a total of 4 hours during the day only to stop at Cala Saona, a beach crowded with people and absolutely not on the program.
It was only after arriving at this beach and after 2 hours of navigation that the captain, (only after being asked) explained to us that this beach would be our ONLY stop and that it was « never on the program to go to Ses Illetes". In addition to that, we had planned a picnic as the announcement indicated. However, our picnic was completely drowned in the captain's cooler, who had not provided any ice pack, only ice cubes brought back by passengers, who melted and totally flooded our meal. We found ourselves on an unplanned beach and without a meal. To this, the captain only said "I understand but what do you want me to do?" while rushing us to leave the boat… We also had to pay 5€ per person to take a taxi and reach the beach, an expense that had not been announced at all when booking the excursion.
We do not hide from you that we are extremely disappointed with this experience and will not recommend it to anyone. We still paid 168€ per person and planned this excursion for our friend's birthday, not to do any of the beaches mentioned and to sail for most of the excursion.
In fact, there is no mention on the website that the itinerary is likely to be modified at the whim of the captain. We understand that, for meteorological reasons it is possible that some beaches are inaccessible. However, it is imperative to notify all passengers BEFORE departure and to propose a cancellation or a postponement if the conditions do not allow to do the route sold on the advertisement. In no case were we informed of this change of itinerary which is completely unprofessional. We honestly feel scam.
Following this experience we contacted Pali. After several messages exchanged, we very quickly realized that the dialogue would be impossible. Pali behaved very unprofessionally and was hideously condescending, refusing to apologize for the inconvenience. Worse, by LYING, on the words of the captain.
We hope you will understand our frustration, even more accentuated by our exchange with Pali. This excursion is expensive and we selected it for a specific itinerary which was not respected. Not to mention the lack of professionalism that we had to suffer.
We hope that you will take measures to compensate for our disappointment.

Dear customer, I will refute your slander and lies point by point. That day, the sea was not optimal to go to ses illetes, and the captain decided to modify the itinerary and go to the beautiful saona cove. We prioritize the safety of our customers, and not by a group of 3 capricious women put at risk the integrity of other customers. The sea is unpredictable and sometimes these things can happen. We trust the judgement of our experienced captain and what he decides is the right thing to do. Cala Saona is one of the most beautiful coves of Formentera, but there are plenty of people on the beach like any other beach in the Balearic Islands in August. The views of the cove from the boat are unbeatable, we don't understand your disappointment. And we cannot cater to your whim, knowing that the weather conditions are not suitable. We do not cancel tours for these reasons, we simply modify the route to meet our obligations. As soon as the captain did the breafing, he told you the route to follow. You have already started with your anger, which makes the whole day go on in a bad mood. Your sandwiches got wet because you left an open bag, where other passengers also leave food, drinks and ice. You should take more care of your belongings so that these things don't happen to you. You were sharing a boat with other people, so you should have been more organised. For this reason you decided to go to a restaurant, which charges you €5 for the transfer in your boat, and it is a payment you have to make to the RESTAURANT, not to us. I, Pali, organise the excursions with total professionalism as can be demonstrated by the excellent reviews we have, what I cannot do is to take 20 calls and messages to answer whimsical women, who do not understand maritime safety, and think they know about the rules of the sea. Next time, go for a cheaper boat, where safety is not the most important thing. For us it is, for the captain too, even though he doesn't like to spend more time sailing to get you to a place sheltered from the wind.

We had an absolutely amazing day! Fran was our captain and he was knowledgeable and very helpful. He coordinated lunch for us on Formentera and picked out a great beach we could swim to. The day was relaxing and absolutely perfect. I can’t think of a single thing that I would want to change. Being in a small group made it easier to get to know the other passengers, and that was delightful! We would do this tour again in a heartbeat.

The captain was very nice and helpful. The boat was clean, there was enough space for all 10 people. There were 2 SUPs.
Because of big waves we spent the whole day in one bay. It was not the tour we have booked, so cant rate that part. Furthermore we have booked an english guided tour, the boatcrew spoke only spanish. The captain did't told us about his plans, we always had to ask for information.

Dear customers, we appreciate your review and we regret that for safety reasons the captain decided to go only to one of the 2 beaches included in the itinerary. If the captain decides that it is because safety is more important. As we explained to you the days before the charter, our Catamaran suffered a breakdown and we had to make a change of catamaran and captain. We upgraded you by giving them a much bigger catamaran, but the captain of this catamaran does not speak English. We were also assisting the captain with English and there was no communication problem. . We have fixed our catamaran so everything is perfect, thanks. Thank you so much

There was an environmental incident which meant we shouldn’t have been boarding at this specific beach. So we were held up and prevented from leaving for a while by environmental police. The catamaran was very slow and seemed to take a very long time. We couldnt return back to where we parked our car and had to be dropped off at another harbour 15 miles away from our car. This was done surreptitiously and didn’t seem to be agreed with the harbour. We were then left miles away from our car to find a taxi , luckily a Spanish couple on the trip spoke English and were able to order a taxi for us. I was a parent with child do this made it more stressful being ‘dumped’ in the middle of nowhere trying to get back to our hire car. Formentera was beautiful though

Dear customer, we are very sorry to hear that the tour did not go as you expected. Just that day some turtles spawned on the beach which made boarding difficult since the environmental control did not allow the boats to board. It was a fortuitous event that escaped our plans. The boat is a catamaran with sail and motor, which are not extremely fast but enough to arrive in an hour to Formentera. We had to disembark in another port as the original beach was closed that day due to turtles. Thank you.
