We had an amazing time on this tour. Very relaxing and they prepared great food for us. Would definitely do again.

Fantastic places with unprofessional skipper

The trip was amazing, the places we visited were unique and beautiful. However, our experience was unfortunate due to the unprofessional behavior of our skipper. During the voyage, the boat became dirty with plates with food leftovers and an empty bottle on the floor. The skipper was focused on him at all times with no attention to the customers. Boarding to small boat was done in a dangerous and disorganized manner, with little help from the skipper. It was really a pity that such a wonderful day was spoiled by such behavior.

Good morning Antonio. First of all i want to apologize about your bad experience, i feel really ashamed and sad. Our whole goal is to offer a great day and it is sad that this happened. This person does not work with us anymore and i appreciate your review. We will take care of this for the future and will make more controlls to avoid this situations. Again, i am so sorry. Dear Wayne, it's unfortunate that you have such an idea of us. We honestly don't understand how you can say such a thing when the one who failed in their engagement was you. We sent you the reminder of your trip a day before and the message was read two minutes after it was received, and when we called you that morning to find out where you were, you told us that you had forgotten. It's not our fault that you didn't show up, and Viator's cancellation policy is very clear, you can cancel for free 24 hours before. We told you that it was not possible to return the money but we offered you a discount for your next vacation in Ibiza, because as we told you, we were very sorry that you were not able to enjoy the experience. But honestly, we cannot be held responsible for the fact that you did not come to the tour the day you were due, even having reminded you a day before.

Great day with Fernando: beautiful boat, beautiful destination, and Fernando is a very caring and considered host. We went to Formentera before with the ferry which was also nice, but this is a completely different -quite glamorous- experience. Highly recommended, well worth the money.

If you want to spend the day sailing or moving around the water, it’s a great tour and Sylvia was really really good. She had great conversation and a great personality, very attentive and safe, always engaged with what was happening around us and so we felt very comfortable. Kind of a long trip Formentera and back on the boat because it moves so slow, but again if that’s what you’re looking for, to be on the water, then it has great value. We only had two other people show up and they did not cancel and I asked Sylvia if only two people had booked would she had canceled and she said no, so that’s good to know cause tours will often cancel they’re not half or fully booked . The paddleboard could’ve been a little bigger but I’m 220 pounds it was a little small for me but all in all great tour would highly recommend and again captain Sylvia was great!

Unsafe. Completely incompetent poorly trained staff. Avoid these guys.

Unsafe…. Inspite of a deep cut from broken equipment, the captain overlooked it and did not even bother to inform other guest to avoid sitting in the same place. Completely wreck less. Their first aid assistance is almost nil. Incompetent is an understatement I do not recommend this operator. I read reviews about how nice and courteous Paul is, which was one of the main deciding factors choosing them. Firstly there was no Paul and some other captain. Also after this incident I informed Paul on what happened. He is the owner or partner and was co ordinating before the trip. Earlier reviews say he is the captain. ( the least you would expect from a decent human would be an apology or concern ). No reply. Just ignored it even though he looked at the pics on what’s app. This explained their genuine nature. This ruined the rest of my holiday, had to cut short cause of the wound. These guys operate with no safety standards and completely lack of first aid administration Incase of an accident. Be careful think twice before you book this….

Dear Sr. This is Paul here. First of all we are sorry that you had a bad experience. Continuing with your meesage, i got none of the mentioned pictures of any wound, if i had received such pictures i would have answered as you can imagine. I was informed by the captain that you got a scratch on your leg, i was also told that it was not deep as you say and that you were injured because you jumped on the boat and you were also drinking a bit, could this be a reason? In any case i asume that the wound was not that crítical since you did the tour more than a month ago and you are writting now, i guess you had a chance to enjoy the rest of the vacations, otherwise i asume you would have called me or tripadvisor in order to get covered by the insurance. In any case, i apreciate your review, but i do not apreciate you defaming me or my company, and i would really appreciate you not scarying our customers. I wish you a nice day and again i am truly sorry for your bad experience and hope you get better. Best regards, Paul.

Paul was a super awesome tour guide. He was always very attentive and made sure we were happy and comfortable at all times. The tour was also very amazing, the boat ride to Formentera in itself was very beautiful. The turquoise waters in Formentera were also very amazing. Time to swim and eat were given at two different locations. After heading home we all spoke and laughed about memories and funny stories. It was a trip I will never forget!

My boyfriend and I went on Paul's boat for a beautiful day trip. The water was perfect, the beaches were stunning, and Paul was an excellent and attentive host. The snacks were great: one savory and heartier snack and then fruit later in the afternoon. Paul also had beer on board, but you're welcome to bring wine as well. We had a really lovely experience and would definitely go back!

Really enjoyed this journey, it was 8 of us and we had a blast going to Formentera and spending a full day on the boat. The snacks provided, features on the boat and experience delivered all made this a day to remember and a must-do in Ibiza. ONE TIP IF BOOKING - This is of no fault to the experience itself, but make sure you have transport arranged at the end of the tour. Try calling a cab before the trip or near the end of it if you don't already have a means of getting back.
