First, we would like to thank for the review however we should also add some points that misunderstood.
- I had issue with ending the tour 3 hours earlier: The tour ended on the hours which have been already stated, nothing more or nothing less.
- that the Terrace House and Virgin Mary site were missing. The tour noted that the entrance fees were not included but we were not even given the option to visit: The places you have mentioned are not missing, I have talked to our guide and learned that you have not asked for any places which were in option.
-The lunch was a typical tourist Buffett - average food - nothing special but that’s what you get on these tourists catered lunches….and late in the day: The program was already given to, nothing unexpected happened. On the other hand, the restaurant is the one that our agency prefers for all the tours and almost seven hundred reviews have praised the restaurant which we use in our tours. All the ingredients are fresh, they produce their own olive oil, grow their own tomatoes, the toilets are clean and usable by all people, so it is quite impossible to be average.
- I also don’t appreciate taking us to a ceramic shopping market which was not on the itinerary: It is written on the itinerary; it is not a surplus decision.
-Two other passengers had the same experience and concerns that they were also expecting to visit these locations so it wasn’t a singular issue: We do not think that it is appropriate to talk about other people who may think in other way.
Also, there were twelve people in total on this tour and all our customers except you left positive comments.
As a large company that has been serving tourism for more than 10 years, your unfair complaint has been forwarded to our legal department.
In addition, the fact that you requested a 100% refund even though you received all the included services such as the Ephesus Archaeological Site entrance ticket, lunch, guide, and transportation, and then requested that you refund even a certain part of it shows how malicious your complaint is.
We will continue to provide the good services we have always provided to our guests who know how to travel.
