Sad to hear that we didn't fulfill your expectations and we always take responsibility if there was anything on our side that resulted in having a bad experience..
But in your case the truth is that your cruise ship arrived to port way later than scheduled and with the same departure time so we had only 2 options.
To cancel the tour or to still deliver but at a little bit faster pace..
We had 2 bad options to choose from and we decided for the least bad one.
So we accept the 2 star review even if we tend to deliver the best 5 star service in this area..
For the crowd at he caves we will not comment as this is the same as any other popular tourist destination..
But once inside the caves we know that the experience overweighted all the stress you had to go trough because of the ship delays..
