Service was great! They were very friendly & helpful. Van was there quickly and was clean & comfortable. They were a little hard to find, mostly because there are so many people in one spot but they were clearly identifiable once located.

It was very easy to book with Terramar (CalypsoTrip). They were very communicative via WhatsApp. Affordable, easy, friendly. No frills, very clean suv, nice driver. All around very happy. Highly recommend booking shuttle service with them. We’ll use them again if we come back to Cabo San Lucas!

All communications with the transport company were handled quickly. The directions they gave to find them were perfect even though companies outside of baggage claim kept telling us they were them. We knew better given our directions so I am quite pleased!

We received a call from you the day after you arrived, informing us that you were unable to take the transfer because you did not have your voucher at the time of arrival. As a result, you were unable to contact our team as you were unaware of our location at the airport. On the same day of your arrival, we did not receive a call from you to inquire about our whereabouts at the airport. Our airport team and vehicle were waiting for you until the last flight, which was around 8 PM. By the end of the day, we received a notification stating that you never showed up. We wanted to explain that the mistake was not on our end, as we were fully prepared to provide you with our services. We hope this explanation is sufficient for you to understand why we were unable to reactivate your reservation for another time. Thank you for your understanding. Warm regards.

Our shuttle picked us up right on time side on the sidewalk outside of the airport. We waited for a few minutes, and our driver came over and said we were the only two people in our shuttle and took us straight to our hotel. He was very polite and nice.

Very Convenient Airport Transfer

We booked the Viator shared transportation from the San Jose del Cabo airport to our resort on the Pacific side. The agent was right outside the doors as we were directed. We did not have checked luggage so we were through immigration and customs rapidly. The Surburban was there in a few minutes. We were the only people in the car. So it was a private shuttle to the resort. Very convenient. Great service. Thanks.
