First of all sorry for the technical problems we had with a jetski, something that we can not avoid... So sorry for that but we have no control over that. Anyway I think it was not your jetski so you enjoyed the trip without problems :)
Then the bottled water you can ask for it and you will have it aswell as the snorkel equipment, a FREE SERVICE we offer, you know that exist but you didn't ask for it. Other clients did and we gladly gave them the masks. Anyway I hope you reconsider the option to come back and I will pray god so any jetski has technical problem.
