Omöjligt att hitta adresser till hållplatser. Vi var tvungna att ringa Viator för att få hjälp med att hitta upphämtningsstället.

Ingen, men de anställda var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Innan vi lämnade fick vi inte en karta med adressen till upphämtningsställena. något av hörlursuttagen fungerade inte. Svårt att se inuti bussen från nedervåningen. Eftersom det finns rörlighetsproblem är det inte möjligt att gå uppför trappan så bra utsikt från nedervåningen är viktigt.

If you download the Turibus App, it is free of charge and has maps and information about every stop. We will also try to improve the visibility downstairs. The film that covers the glass is on to protect from the sun, we will try to improve that.

Långa väntetider.

Väldigt svårt att navigera. Även om du bokar online ställer du en lång kö för att få en biljett och ett armband. Vägarna är långa och om du är uppe var du beredd att ducka och ta en hatt.

Berättelserna om de olika platserna och scenerna som bussen tog deltagarna igenom. Nackdelen är det faktum att tjänsten inte överensstämmer med viktiga detaljer som var man ska stiga av för att byta rutt. Medan turnén jag tog den 13 juni var mycket bra på det, gjorde inte en andra turné jag tog den 15 juni. Dessutom fastnade den dörren i en av de många trafikmardrömmarna i Mexico City. Vi tillbringade nästan 40 minuter med att bara försöka gå igenom Sim n Bol var Roundanout. Det i sig var inte det frustrerande för mig. För mig var det det faktum att turister inte kan räkna med att göra alla 4 rutter eller "tramos" på grund av de täta trafikstockningarna. Men allt som allt är Turibus-tjänsten fortfarande det bästa sättet att se Mexiko. Jag skulle bara rekommendera att du köper tvådagarsbiljetten för $20. På så sätt kan det du inte får se på grund av trafikproblem på dag 1 tas om hand på dag 2 .

Vi gick till hämtningen vid vårt hotell och det var ingen hämtning där på söndagen. Närmaste pickup var 4 km bort. Ingen meddelade oss att det inte fanns en upphämtning tillgänglig på den platsen på söndagar även om våra biljetter var för söndagen.

Kort väntan på bussar. Tillmötesgående guide. . . Jag skulle definitivt rekommendera till vänner. . . hoppa på grön buss & det var ganska sent. . . vi trodde kommer att vara på vår egen återgång till röd buss till centro historiska. . . det stod en buss och väntade på folk som satt fast i trafiken. . . säker på att de tar hand om sina kunder. . . ett bra sätt att öka turismen. . .

Bästa solo tour buss!

Lätt att hitta hållplatser och överföringar med väl uppsatta skyltar. Älskade den digitala vägkartan via QBR-koden. Mycket prisvärda pass för en eller två dagar. All personal bär uniformer och anställdas ID är mycket synliga. Jag kände mig extremt säker och älskade hela den historiska rutten. Personalen är mycket vänlig och hjälpsam. Rekommenderas starkt!

Good. It would have been better if we started early. We started late at 2 pm . The audio on the first turibus we hopped in , first 2 right seats on the top level were not working . I’m glad I sat in a different area on the next hop and the audio was excellent. Thanks

Not as easy as other cities

The English commentary is good and the routes cover much of the city, but it was much more confusing than other tourist buses I’ve been on in other countries. Locating the stops was hard. It would have helped to have a printed map to know where to catch the bus. Eg I was excited to see the Freda museum but couldn’t find the stop after. I know I hadn’t taken note of its location, but googling and google maps weren’t at all helpful. I eventually got an Uber to the next stop and after 45 minutes waiting I grabbed another Uber back to my hotel which cost me A$20. People in general had lots of questions to ask on the morning rides as the info provided isn’t very intuitive. I really like tourist buses like this, but this one was much more difficult. I have been on a few others in South America so it wasn’t just a language barrier.

Good way to see the city!

Fun way to see the city and get around. I loved learning about the city through the audio guide. I took only the red line (historica central) I heard there is quite a wait for some of the other lines so I avoided those and didn't have any issue. The process of getting on the bus in zocalto was easy enough as long as you read the instructions included in the ticket beforehand. The red route is a bit repetitive if you take the whole thing as it takes the same street for both ways. But its a great way to get around!

Loud but nice

Its a nice concept to discover a city. It is ridiculous though that you have to wear mouthmasks when your on the roof of the bus, in the open air with already more than 1.5 meter distance between the seats. Also I highly recommend to loose the music, especially the classical music. Silence can be very nice you know. At one point my head couldn’t take it anymore and I couldn’t wait to get off at the next stop. In the second bus the spanish tour voice was way to loud, so it was almost impossible to hear the english translation through my headphones. Better also to let the english translation start a bit later when the spanish begins, so you have the chance to put in your headphones. Cause keeping them in was no option with that annoying loud music. Also its ridiculous that when the bus is standing still at a stop for ten minutes or more, to keep the engine running. Which was the case. My feedback is with the best intentions, so you improve your business. All the best!
