So much fun! Lovely little cruise, sunset was gorgeous and perfectly timed. The crew and staff were clearly practiced professionals and we had a great time. I am returning years later to book them again for another trip. Would highly recommend!

Terrible because it was cancelled

It was cancelled due to weather, 6 minutes before we arrived! We need to get reimbursed! It was Valentine’s Day. Made for a terrible night.

Aloha, we sincerely apologize for the cancellation of your Valentine's Day cruise due to unsafe weather. We understand this caused a significant inconvenience and disappointment, especially on such a special occasion. It does appear we contacted you an hour prior to check in to inform you of the cancellation. The Captain waited as long as possible to cancel the sail in hopes to not ruin the Valentine's Day plans of numerous guests. However, the weather did not clear up and we take the safety of our guests very seriously. Mahalo for your understanding, and again, we deeply apologize for the disruption to your plans.

Disappointed with Viator

The problem was not with the sailing company but with Viator. When we showed up they had no record of our reservation., even though I showed them the voucher from Viator. They said that Viator hadn't contacted them and they knew nothing about our reservation. We lucked out when a couple didn't show up so we could go in their place. We are very disappointed with Viator, but the cruise itself was excellent.

A great low-key cocktail cruise, complete with whale sightings! I got mild seasickness so stayed near the back where it was most stable, and both crew members were super kind and friendly while I hung out back there by myself. The mango hard seltzer helped, too :)
