Ingen. Inga sköldpaddor men annonseras fortfarande som sköldpaddsnorkling. Det kommer inte att finnas några sköldpaddor om du inte går till ett ställe där det finns stenar där de livnär sig på algerna, som på turtle beach i Kona.

Mycket överprissatt turné för vad du får. Vi snorklade bara. De tog oss till ett område där vi såg väldigt få fiskar. Om du inte "uppgraderade" för att använda vattenrutschbanan/studsmattan (ytterligare 50 $ per person) fanns det väldigt lite att göra. Du kan bara simma på djupt vatten så länge. Vi såg inga sköldpaddor förrän vi kom tillbaka till hamnen. Snacks bestod av urvattnad lemonad och granola barer. Vi trodde att vi kunde slappna av och ligga i solen på näten men vi uppmanas snabbt att kliva av eftersom de var i behov av reparation. Så vi satt i cirka 2 timmar på en metallbänk. Inte roligt alls. Kaptenen var väldigt snäll men det är allt jag kommer att säga som var riktigt bra med den här resan!

Some people like to do all the activities and some people love to just chill with the sea and fishes. And yes, we do offer an upgrade which is the different of the deluxe and regular package. Everything else you have mentioned is complementary, and we encourage customers to bring their own food and beverages. Vi bokade i sista minuten och föraren hämtade oss inte; men jag ringde researrangören och de var snabba och ursäktande. Besättningen var fantastisk och omtänksam, kollade alltid på gästerna. De gav lemonad och granola barer gratis och hade toaletter ombord. Turnén kändes väldigt säker och båten var trevlig. Men jag bokade på viator och visste inte att det skulle finnas folk på vattenrutschbanor, studsmattor och hoppa av båten. Denna aktivitet avskräckte definitivt marint liv från att komma nära. Sköldpaddans namn i titeln antyder att gästerna kommer att se sköldpaddor. Jag förstår att vilda djur inte är garanterade, men den här turen lämpar sig inte för att se vilda djur på grund av platsen och andra gästaktiviteter som erbjuds. Turen bör heta Waikiki snorkling och ta bort "sköldpadda" eftersom det ställer en förväntning om att den inkluderar en miljö där det främjar vilda djur eller i ett område där sköldpaddor går som sköldpaddsravinen, vilket den inte gör. Det var en trevlig resa och besättningen var fantastisk, men uppfyllde inte mina förväntningar på grund av namnet. Viator bör också avstå från att andra aktiviteter erbjuds från båten på samma resa. Jag skulle inte rekommendera denna resa för turtle snorkling; se istället till att välja en resa som går till kända sköldpaddsplatser som sköldpaddsravinen eller sköldpaddsviken.

We were so disappointed to find that this tour was just added on to another tour with all the blow up things (slides, trampolines) which of course attracted a lot of children. We we’re looking for a relaxing experience and it was not this at all! A teenager in a kayak ran over me and my husband when we were snorkeling and there were only a few fish, no turtles at all!!!!!

A pleasant morning, but not quite what we expected from the title and description

When we bought this, we assumed, due to the description and title, that the focus would be on snorkeling with sea turtles. At the pick up point, and during embarkation, we were confused when we were told we could "upgrade." It turns out that this was part of an activity excursion that included kayaks, paddleboards, a slide, and a trampoline. The boat ride was fine, and the crew was outstanding. We enjoyed snorkeling and swimming, but there wasn't much to see. We saw fishes while snorkeling and we did see some sea turtles from the boat (at a distance) and some dolphins from the boat. While it looked like the families (there were kids) had a lot of fun, this wasn't exactly what we were expecting. It was a good experience, but had we known the party/activities were the focus, and not the sea turtles, we probably would have selected a different turtle excursion.

Be careful if you are just looking for a snorkeling tour this is not it !!!

There was a swell and it made it hard to see anything. Marketing for this trip is done very well , but the experience is definitely not what you pay for . We had only paid for the snorkel swim and tour , however all we got was a party boat in which music was played and everyone had a chance to try different activities. . We think it shouldn’t be marketed as a snorkel tour as all , as it definitely is not the focus of the tour. We however are grateful to the boat driver who did point out some turtles swimming in the water on our way back to port .

I had never did the activity before and they never explained how to use the equipment what to expect or any other assistance. We just told what not to do, and. When I showed distress they just sat there and didn’t respond. My mother was in distress and they didn’t help her, my sister had to bring her back to safety.

The customer service from check in to the crew's hospitality were superb. We didn't feel rushed and it was ample time we need to have a good time. Other tours to the same area were only two hours whereas this your was three hours long. The waves were choppy when we went and I highly suggest taking in some motion sickness meds if you don't have sea legs. Overall, we have to commend the crew. They took care of us and rolled out the inflatable slide and the trampoline! They even allowed guests to user their paddle board and kayak equipments! Will definitely come back. Highly recommend! A+++++++++

The trip left on Time which I love. The crew was friendly. I’m terrible with names - so sorry! But they made me feel safe getting into the water and assured me as a solo traveler I wouldn’t get left behind 😂 great experience. The captain even called out to point out the dolphins.
