Jag njöt av tiden i parken. Men jag behövde fortfarande köpa en biljett och guiden tänkte inte på att vänta på mig. En annan fråga som bekymrade mig var det faktum att verkliga Florida inte ordnade någon annan till mitt förfogande att ta mig tillbaka till Orlando. Jag förstår att jag var sen, men det finns vissa händelser som inträffade i parken som jag inte kunde kontrollera vilket gjorde att jag kom sent.

Where to begin? You were late to the pickup in the morning. You booked transportation only and then seemed confused that you also had to buy a ticket upon arrival to get in to KSC, despite the guide checking and explaining to you multiple times. You were the only passenger late for the departure and we could not hold the bus nor those passengers for the approx 45 minutes past departure time you were going to be. To complain we should have then had "someone else at your disposal" to bring you back to Orlando...perhaps this 1x⭐ was an April Fools joke??

Att lära känna Bee som gjorde hela dagen till en utmärkt upplevelse. Hon var så kunnig, snäll, hjälpsam och rolig att vara med. Anläggningen med alla dess raketer, Atlantis, "filmer" och hyllning till fallna astronauter var extremt lärorik och intressant. Det har verkligen förändrats sedan vårt besök för 50 år sedan. Orion skulle flyttas den dagen, men inte förrän 5:00 efter att vi var tvungna att lämna, vilket var en besvikelse men kanske nödvändigt. Vi väntar och tittar på NASA:s resa till Mars. Vi ville ta med oss Bee hem, men av någon anledning ville förkylningen i Michigan och med en fästman här inte åka.

A great trip to a wonderful place

The trip was flawlessly executed. We were picked up at 8am from Orlando, and dropped off just when the KSC opened at 9am. The KSC itself is a must-visit for any space fan - it's unique in that there's no other like it, literally, in the world. The trip organizers had a driver who did a great job as a guide during the ride, giving us not only an overview of the KSC, but also a few suggested itineraries to optimize our day. We were picked up at the end of the day, once again in a very streamlined fashion. I would recommend this for anyone who isn't absolutely insisting on driving by themselves.

Dave was our guide and although he didn’t come in with us he picked us up, entertained us with stories, told us lots of info/facts and took us to the gate so got in quickly. Best of all he gave us an info sheet with suggestions on how to get the most of the day

Fantastic day out, so interesting and informative, A must see for anyone travelling to florida. The space shuttle simulator was one of the best rides I have been on. Accessible friendly.

The Kennedy Space Center itself is a must-see in the Orlando area, in my opinion. Very interesting exhibits and encounters bring space travel and its many considerations to life. This Real Florida tour is an excellent way to see it. We mistakenly missed the pick up time (despite both Dave, the tour guide/driver and Real Florida's office calling us to try to get us there before they left. They truly did all that could reasonably be expected to get us on board and to the space center). Real Florida offered us the chance to board at another location, but we missed that too. We didn't need to worry though--once we got ourselves to the Space Center, we still received our entry tickets, and Dave gave us great recommendations about how to structure our day--everything from time estimates for exhibits/activities to lunch recommendations. That helped us prioritize the sights we wanted to see at the Kennedy center accordingly. On the bus home, Dave had many stories and fun facts about the area, which made the drive fly by.

Awesome shuttle driver, gave us great tips to maximize our visit, pointed out local interesting places along the way and extra info we wouldn’t have otherwise known, even pointed out KSC resident alligator, Al, who lives in the National Wildlife Refuge outside the main entrance!😊 Excellent day at KSC!

This is my second time going to the Kennedy Space Center. It has expanded so much since the last time I was there seven years ago. I enjoyed learning more about the. Space shuttles and the partnership with Space-X, Boeing and J Bezo’s company. There was a talk at the end of the day which I enjoyed very much because it made it real that going into space is an investment into the future. The center is very accessible for all physical levels.

The tour operator was absolutely wonderful and the Kennedy space Center was great. The problem was viator. Your app and all your information to me said to be there at 7:15 AM and the actual pickup was 8 AM so I sat outside by myself in a lonely park in the chilly morning for 45 minutes. I am 63 years old. Fit, but not loving sitting outside by myself at 7 am.

It does state at the very top that the Tour starts at 7:15 am and it does. Our first pick-up is at 7:15 am. In the center of your confirmation in blue where it states your pick-up location, it gives the time of 8:00 am, Starflyer being the 3rd pick-up on this Tour. It can be confusing and I do apologize for that but we need the first pick-up time to be the start or some people would miss their Tour and we don't want that to happen.
