        Vi hade svårt att hitta resegruppen eftersom instruktionerna sa att vi skulle leta efter ett grönt - blått paraply och det fanns inget. Tack och lov svarade en Viator-agent på vårt telefonsamtal och hjälpte oss att hitta gruppen. Vi var där under en semester så det var väldigt hektiskt runt Eiffeltornet. Utan turnén bokad i förväg har jag ingen aning om hur länge vi skulle ha fått vänta i de långa köerna. Vi kunde vänta i en mycket kortare rad och spelade till och med ett informativt triviaspel medan vi väntade. Rese- och reseledaren, Yemisi, var super därifrån. Vi gick först till andra våningen med hiss där Yemisi pekade ut sevärdheter i staden från de olika synpunkterna. Därifrån fortsatte hon med en båttur med några ur gruppen. Innan han lämnade oss var Yemisi säker på att visa oss vart vi skulle ta hissen till toppmötet, vilket vi rekommenderar starkt. (Vi försökte lägga upp några bilder, men fick upprepade felmeddelanden) .

        Trevlig upplevelse men kanske ingen guide behövs

        Trevlig turné men inte säker på att det var värt kostnaden. Vår familj var på mötesplatsen tidigt, men såg inte vår guide. När vi nästan gav upp kontaktade jag kundtjänst och kunde sedan hitta henne. Sedan tog den guidade delen bara ca 20 minuter innan vi kom i kö för att komma in i tornet och hon var borta. Jag tror att vi kunde ha varit ok utan den guidade delen.

        Fördelar: - Hoppa över köåtkomsten – Tornbesöket var som förväntat Nackdelar: – Svårt att hitta guiderna - Inte en lång/detaljerad rundtur När vi hittade guiderna samlade vi resten av vår grupp. Vi hade en kort "tur" som gjordes utanför själva tornet. Vi pekades sedan i rätt riktning, väntade på en kort kö och nådde tornet på egen hand. Vi rörde oss i vår egen takt en gång i tornet vilket var bra och det fanns ingen ytterligare interaktion med guiderna.

        There was a little confusion on the meeting point to start my trip and we ended up missing our tour. They were able to reschedule for immediately after a private tour for my son and I with the best tour guide. She was very knowledgeable, energetic and incredibly nice.         Wow! What an experience. We really appreciated the organization of this tour. The guide had everything in order. Hardly any wait time and had a chance to learn a lot about the architecture construction and operation of the tower. Highly recommend for families.

        Guide never showed. Waited 1.5 hours for the guide then had to pay ourselves. Once in, the top was closed too. Less than ideal

        The agent was not at all organised. She just handover the tickets and disappeared, no co- ordination . She left us in the middle of the tour. Not at all responsible.

The guided portion of the tour concludes on the 2nd Floor, thereafter, guests can explore the rest of the Tower at their convenience. You likely assumed the guide would continue to accompany you beyond this point. Our guides maintain a high standard of professionalism and competency in taking care of guests at the meeting point and during the guided tour.         Skip this tour and save yourself the money and frustration

        This tour is basically a wait in line with you and buy the tickets. They do not pre-buy the tickets and, depending on the time of day, you may not get the tickets to the summit if you that is what you ordered. We ended up waiting in line for over 90 minutes and weren't able to do the summit tour. The tour guide was interesting when we could hear her but the nature of waiting in line and the crowd meant we could only hear for a few minutes of the very long wait.

        The visit was excellent. The guide was a bit late and we had to stand in the line even though we had bought skip the line tickets. The disappointing thing was they cancelled the ride to the top of the Eiffel tower.

        Kind of a bait and switch. They really stress how they don't offer refunds -- and while the tour guide is very smart and pleasant, they offer nothing that gets you up the Eiffel Tower any faster than if you just waited in line yourself.

        We booked this tour in order that we would be able to bypass queues, have tickets to the summit and have a tour guide. Started badly as unable to find your guide as not where as stated or wearing green caps. She didn’t have our tickets so had to queue for over 2 hours for her to buy them. Because tickets hadn’t been purchased by Viator in advance there wasn’t any tickets left for the summit which we had paid for there’d we could only go to the second floor. Tour guide continuously asked us questions about the tower - felt like we were taking part in a quiz. When we did eventually get to the 2nd floor (over 2 hours after our tour time) our guide disappeared. We had expected her to stay with us and point out sights of interest. All in the party were very angry that tickets had not been purchased in advance giving us immediate access to the summit. This experience does not live up to its description. Rip off is the only way I can describe it - feel that we have been totally scammed

This information and meeting point instructions are sent to guests after they confirm their booking, and we also provide a customer care line to assist with any difficulties in locating the guide or meeting point. Also, the summit is periodically closed during the day at the discretion of the Eiffel Tower management. For summit closures, guests are entitled to a partial refund.         This trip was ok, it’s important to note it’s not a skip the line tour so you still have to queue to get in although Arnie or host was very good and kept us entertained during the wait. Once you get to the viewing platform is a limited tour although you can stay there as long as you want. Not sure how much more this costs compared to a normal ticket but wouldn’t want to pay too much extra.
